It was FELT by BOTH (Pisces & Virgo). EXPRESSED by NEITHER. Waited but he (Virgo Sun) did not say anything. Now I (Pisces Sun) am across a huge Ocean and hundreds of miles away. If it had worked out before I left I would have stayed. Silence was my cue to leave.

Correct. There was love on both sides I believe, however he was not willing to commit or provide the loyalty and faithfulness I need. Avoidant attachment style, self sabotaging behaviour. Burnt before and isn't capable of having a functional 'relationship' as it terrifies him. I walked away but it broke my heart. Waited all my life for a connection like this, nothing else compares. Nothing I can do though. Also I'm the privileged lady, way more financially secure/stable than he is which I know he felt uncomfortable about also in terms of not having much to offer, which wasn't an issue for me incidentally.

Damn it, This one touched me. I wish that he would have chosen to commit with you fully. I wish that he was aware of how rare of an occurrence you are. You wanted him, wanted to work with him, and accepted what he didn't have available to offer. We all have a choice of free will and I don't mean to shame him. I'm just shaking my head, at his choice of passing up a life opportunity that is not a normal occurrence. A life experience that could be grand.
I'm in a similar position like him. I don't have much finance to offer at the moment. However, I have a whole lot of heart that screams to give. And a whole lot of courage & will, to leap towards whom is for me. I am aware of and I feel, commitment fear (that I want to process), but there's a woman that I want to commit to.
Despite my experience of fears and insecurities (and all the times I was burnt), I want to start a new life beginning with that woman by my side. But I sense that she is afraid of commitment as well, and the long distance between us does not help the situation.
Sounds a little like mine, although I'm the one that needs to secure my stability with finances, so many obstacles but I'm going a good place, he needs to heal more, he will eventually, probably work on it together once our separate 3D obstacles end. Twin flame, I'm actually in a good place within, I've just got too much going on with 3D obstacles that I need to conquer before I can start giving energy to the connection, he has his own obstacles, over thinking problems, work related problems that need to be completed to move forward, waiting on being paid out, by him, there's possibly avoidance because of that too... we were friends before that while we dealt with things together, think I triggered him and he's still got healing to do. Can you explain to me why you interpreted the World and the Strength as describing a negative outcome? (negative in the sense of stepping away, using strength not to pursue and so on). I try to pay attention to the cards you draw, to kind of give to them my interpretation as well, and I didn't really get why you read them like that. Maybe there was something about the spread that I didn't understand?
I think you have to take into account the cards surrounding them.
