Aloha from Honolulu, very happy to find U, keep on learning , Appreciate very much.
Overall, 51% of traders think this year would favor stocks, mutual funds, and other equity-based investments, despite Treasury yields and other safer cash-like investments paying big. I’m looking for opportunities in the market that could fetch me $1m ahead of retirement by 2025
Look for stocks that have paid steady, increasing dividends for years (or decades), and have not cut their dividends even during recessions. Alternatively speaking to a certified market strategist can help with pointers on equities to acquire
True. Having the right financial planner is invaluable. My portfolio is well-matched for every season of the market and recently hit 90% rise from early last year. I and my CFP are working on a 7 figure ballpark goal, though this could take till Q3 2024.
I’ve been down a ton, I’m only holding on so I can recoup, I really need help, who is this investment-adviser that guides you

as always another great and informative video. thank you.
Thank you very much! I really enjoyed this insight and have invested in a few of these etf's. I am sure I will be successful 😉

Additional earnings reports from major tech companies, driven by Nvidia, coupled with trader FOMO, could fuel a resurgence in market buying pressure. I'm considering investing over $300k, but I'm uncertain about risk mitigation strategies.
Nvidia stock is roaring like many did during the 1990s bubble. But this time around, the hype around new chips is happening in a more mature demand environment.
Accurate asset allocation is crucial, and some individuals use hedging strategies or allocate part of their portfOlio to defensive assets for market downturns. Expert guidance is vital for achieving this. This approach has helped me stay finan-cially secure for over five years, yielding nearly $1 million in returns on invest-ments.
Please can you leave the info of your lnvestment advsor here? I’m in dire need for one

Great video Mark!
1-Voo plus Splg- cheaper
2- Vug plus Schg- cheaper price
3- Vtv plus Schd
4- Ftec cheaper version of Vgt
5- SMH, Soxq
My favorites are VOO, SCHG, QQQM and SCHD. I keep buying more and more shares of each one regardless of whether the market is going up or down. Dollar cost averaging my way on all 4 ETFs.
Too much overlap
@@dividendfire855Roth account: QQQM, SCHD
Brokerage account:
VOO, SCHD, SCHG.
Don’t see the problem.
I love this video. Thank you, Mark!
Great stuff! I really value your videos, Mark!
My favorite 5 ETFs are: SCHD, VOO, VYMI (international), DGRO and VB (small cap)
I use SPLG, SCHD, SPYG, and IETC. SPLG is the S&P 500. SPYG is growth and IETC is technology. Both move similar to QQQM. The Nasdaq 100 has too much junk in it for me. Sometimes SCHD can be up when the rest is down. It can be frustrating as well but seems to have a purpose.
Thanks, Mark, for an excellent discussion of these 5 ETFs. As a retired and 72 year old investor, I am focused on dividends and dividend growth which is why I own SCHD. Good stuff!
Same here, I am retired and have SCHD
I’m retired and have PTSD
Thanks for the great video. What percentage allocation would you suggest for the 5 ETFs mentioned in the video, considering someone in their mid-40s with a stable job and $100K to invest? Your guidance would be greatly valued. Thank you.
What do you think of ietc, would love to hear your opinion.
Fidelity 500 index fund. Love that hat!
Hi Mark, what do you think of QGRW, AVUV and VT?
Can you go over IBAT and HDRO, those r the best hydrogen etfs
As a CPA, might you consider doing a video on the best funds to hold in a taxable account.
How do you feel about splg over Voo?
VOO(40%) QQQM(20%) XLK(20%) VYM(10%)VFH(5%) VNQ(5%). i love the finance sector but is worth having it at 5%? Adds a nice bit of diversification in a pretty tech heavy portfolio.
VOO, QQQM, SCHD, HDV and VTI. Got it. How about SOXX? VGT? Too specialized?
No disagreement here but how can I shadow those investment with index stock. Which are a lower cost, not having much to start with but desire to start. Or even other etf that’s not over a $100 per share?
What's your thoughts on the combination of these 4 ETF's 35% VOO, 35% SCHD, 15% QQQM & 15% JEPIQ on a $100K investment
Great and honest information by CFA
Please add more semiconductors and AI
Yea, great information but I saw another semiconductor FSELX was excellent ETF also
@@GiangLe-rz6gu I've been doing SMH semiconductor ETF, any other good suggestions?
I have QQQM, VOO, SCHD
Buy SPLG
I have Vti, Schd and Dgro. I like Hdv though
Nice, what % do you have in each?
Hi... Is it possible to invest in the SCHD for who lives outside the US, like Portugal? Thanks...👍
Also would like to know this. Im from hong kong/philippines
Only as a cfd as far as i know
SCHD, SCHG, IJR, RQI
Yours are all good funds but too much overlap if you bought all 5 as a portfolio.
FDRR is a winner a well
VGT prints money
Have 3/5 ... DCA constantly, I just need a few million more $$$
If I bought a REIT from my Roth IRA, do I have to declare the dividend (income) on my taxes?
Nothing in the Roth gets reported
VHT is awesome, healthcare companies are never going away
What would be a good replacement for VOO in a 3 stock portfolio. Currently holding schd and schg. VOO is just so expensive lol
I like Splg
Splg is the same as VOO but a lot cheaper
Absolutely VTI
VOO is 500 VTI Total Market. They actually go hand in hand in growth. VTI @246
Their charts nearly identical in growth.
I thought stock price has nothing to do with earnings if you DCA invest in them.
VTI is much better share price than VOO plus almost identical top 10 holdings and dividend.
I would like an ETF that holds all sectors but constantly moving their % according to their AI predictive gains over loses , so remaining on the wining side 100%
God bless you, Kevin. Thanks for the years of laughter. Enjoy your soft retirement, buddy.
I usually look up your videos for updates! Our government has no idea how people are suffering these days. I feel for people with disabilities not getting the help they deserve.
Thank you mrs Lauren Hopkins, imagine investing $12,000 and received $305,500.
Crypto Bull run is making waves everywhere and I have no idea on how it works. What is the best step to get started please?
Wow, that's more than a mouthful of profits you're making. How do you achieve this feat consistently? You must be a genius in trading.
Have you not heard of Mrs. Lauren Hopkins?
She has this skill of making complex crypto concepts easy to understand and is truly commendable.
You know her too? I'm also a proud beneficiary of her superb platform.
No reason to have both VOO and VTI in a portfolio, pick one or the other.
I hope people do their own research. This is not a diverse set of ETFs. Very US/large-cap focused. Depends on what your goals/age/risk tolerance. You could even reduce your core to 1 ETF (AVGE). A fund of fund.
Would it not be silly to buy VOO right now while it’s at all time highs? Shouldn’t I wait for a dip
do a recurring buy of a small amount each day. You don’t have to go all in at once
Just buy 5$ every market day if your worried
Well, might sound stupid. Do you think it’s a good idea if I just buy all of this for dca. Because I actually can spend all of my income on investment since I live with my parents anw.
I’m now holding 4 tech companies, and finding some good etf to invest
All about being well diversified based on your risk
100% dgro
Ivv, schd schg, vgt, dgro
Are those ETFs good for long term investment??!
Are you serious? 🤷🏻♂️
That’s what the WHOLE video was about. 🤦🏻♂️😂
Jepq > Schd
No way!!!! JEPQ is for people closer to retirement that are just looking for income.
@@brianlester4494nah ur wrong I held schd and had very little gains, I was able to profit with jepq, that’s all that matters at the end of the day.
Buy a good cross section of an economy, Build a diverse portfolio that keeps you motivated,Speed up the process where possible:i'm all for dividends and i DRIP into etfs (ARKW, VOO, VXUS, IVV) and company stocks. After my first million I realized that when a stock starts booming chances of you finding out means you are quite late to the party, for this I make sure my CFA handles that, ever grateful to Anna Rounds Fay.it's like turning your notifications to earn more millions.
How about a Bitcoin ETF?
Why buy an etf when you can have actual bitcoin
All these recommendation are jus for info, need tobself do homework before investment
I like smh
What about FXAIX?
Same thing as VOO. Just Fidelitys version of it and it’s a mutual fund over a ETF.
Do we pick one, do we pick 2, do we pick 3? 🤔
Can’t make your own decisions and do your own research huh?
@@jollama correct.
That’s what sets these you tubers apart… Some CZcamsrs just make videos. Other CZcamsrs give you the game
@@tiffbluestocking2020 Embarrassing
@@tiffbluestocking2020 In that case I recommend you invest in actively managed mutual funds with high expense ratios and penny stocks
I have voo , qqqm , qqqi and Spyi.....so what % would u go qqqm/qqqi?...and same on voo/spyi..... what to get the upside of covered calls.....is 50/50 good
