I wasn't sure about trying this out for my trip - thus, I have been reading/watching reviews of this GPS trying to make a decision. this is quite an old video but not sure if the unit i have is the same in 2022 i cannot find anywhere how to change the time on the maos section of the gps im in Ontario Canada in est -500 gmt unit is a d800 need answers please thanks
Can you set a ‘Home’ address so you don’t have to keep punching it in every time you’re going home!!?? I can’t seem to find it....if indeed that function exists! Thanks

i go straight into the map system.....you gotta set it up so it goes direct,,i use it as a gps all the time.
Mark, my set up goes to the screen size with the stylus, but Im stuck in that part of the setup! I cant get out of it or beyond it...lost in space....help?
If in an accident, perhaps you have no cam for video, just tell the other party they better relate the truth about the accident because your "camera" recorded everything! Hopefully they know not to lie at that point should they try to screw you over. Cheers.

It causes electronic interference on my FM. Very annoying! Can't listen to radio with GPS powered on.
Does this GPS switch on the charger it powers on without pressing the power button and turns it off when we remove the charger? Thank you
How did you change the measurements to metric?
I would like to add that if you need reading glasses, this is the unit for you. I cannot read the small GPS units without putting on my reading glasses which of course can be annoying if you have to do it all the time. If I remember correctly the speed warning can be adjusted to give you a little leeway with it's warnings which from the factory were worse than a back seat driver only allowing me 2 kms. over before warning me. Overall, I really like this unit. It is clear, easy to use with the exception of a few quirky settings. Once you have your country & city plugged in the New destination settings are easy. The Postal Code feature is an optional requirement which negates punching in the other info.
Can you use a re-view camera with it ?
I have everything setup as you demonstrated but I can't hear the verbal directions, it only shows the arrow direction. What should I check? Loved the video.

Went to Junsun site and it does not recognize my new unit, Junsun 7 inch Car GPS Navigation Bluetooth 8GB with Rear view Camera FM MP3 MP4 256MB DDR/800MHZ.

Like the review; sharp and concise. couple of things though.
Igo has been around for years and found on cheaper Chinese jobs and always could run on windows CE since as far back as I can remember. Other thing is people who know about Windows CE and maps know that OziExplorer works very well on WinCE (was the first mobile platform it did work on) and so with this unit one can use raster maps of your area of interest. So that opens up a huge world of maps that a user can by preset to work with Ozi or roll your own as many have done.

rare sat nav review...in the car!..as stated most are on the kitchen table reviews...there is dedicated nozatec sat nav facebook page which has map updates that fit the igo software if anyone is interested

Hi. I'm very interesting to buy one like this but before I would like to ask whether in daylight it is clear to view the map on the LCD screen or not? Cause some of these GPS's have no anti glare screen and it is very difficult to see the map.

Just bought one and I dont have the feature in system info for window setup. My computer doesnt recognize the unit. Cant find were I can obtain the drivers needed to include it in my Win10. Updates will be impossible without the drivers.
I recently bought the Android version of the M515, and have had nothing but problems. It's gps reception is poor and sometimes inaccurate (it regularly overestimates the distance to railroad crossings- which is very dangerours. The unit has no space to add or update software even though there appears to be a partition with 12 gig, that is inaccessable. and the GPS software freezes after about 15 minutes of driving. I have tried working with their customer support and found them completely helpless.
Have you tried to install other apps on it? I am reffering to Google Maps and Waze

Un produit très décevant il est impossible d'obtenir de la part de JUNSUN une mise a jour du produit achat effectué il y a 1 an et toujours pas de mise a jour 2018 hors que les normes de certain pays européen (vitesse)on changé pire cartes pas de mise a jour
It is complete GARBAGE. The navigation button wont work 99% of the time.
These things are garbage. Please learn from my mistake. There may be budget GPS available that are functional but from my experience this one should be avoided for multiple reasons. Warning: You get what you pay for

I am not sure about the charger function but it automatically turns on & off with your car ignition. - You don't have to turn it on all the time.
