    Madi Kadapa. Memu pulagam 2 types chestham.1.plain pulagam,2.Masala pulagam. Meeru chesindi masala pulagam. And that Chenikkayala chutney, we called as chenikkayala Oorimindi. And the process you made was a different way from our traditional way of doing Chenikkayala chutney. Any how we love this healthy dish the most😋. And thanks..

    But, రాయలసీమలో పులగం with out oil చేసుకుంటాం. బియ్యం+పెసరపప్పు+salt+పసుపు+water+మిరియాల పొడి(అప్పుడప్పుడు)అంతే sir అంతే.
    తేజా గారు ఇలా కూడా చేసి చెప్పండి sir ఓసారి.
    శనిక్కాయల పచ్చడి మాత్రం ఘాటుగా ఉండాలండోయ్.😋

    Hello Sir I am a big fan of you, I follow all of your recipes, pulagam is our traditional food, in fasting we used to cook this one, we won't add garlic and for Chatney also won't add garlic and onion taste is awesome. Next time try like this bcoz for festivals special avoid garlic and onions thank you.

      I did not make an authentic pulagam. Since we don't have a word kichidi. rice and dal mixture is called as pulagam. Which is made all over Andhra not only in rayalasema. Since I came across this recipe from Rayalaseema villages I made this.
