Uniqlo U Short Jacket : Short Guys Edition

Is the Uniqlo U short jacket suitable for short guys? That's what I want to know as I'm someone who is 5"4 or 163cm tall!
If you're short like me, you might be wondering if it fits the shorter frame.
One of the reason why I wondered is because I couldn't get this at my store and had to purchase online, so I did and here's how it looks like on the shorter frame guy

If the oversize shirt in S fits. Then I recommend sticking to S as this one is a lil oversized as well. Sizing feels similar
