MALIBU CAR COLLECTION GOES UP IN FLAMES - FIREBALL MALIBU VLOG 866 - Auta a dopravní prostředky
Thank you for giving us a glimpse into the tragedy unfolding with these fires.
What is truly amazing are the stories of the first responders, air tanker crews, the residents and we just saw a chopper crew rescrew 3 people and 2 dogs from the top of a comms station with the fire fast approaching.
That chopper crew deserves a serious commendation.
Some 20 years ago, we in Eastern Ontario, found ourselves battling an ice storm. What started as a novelty for a mild 2 days turned into a howling deep freeze in a matter of hours and the countryside went dark. I will never forget the hydro linesmen working 30 feet up poles reconnecting a devastated grid in -24'C temperatures with 30-40 mph winds. These images will always stay with us but another memory was equally implanted. That was the assistance we received from our American cousins with hydro crews from New York, Vermont, Maine and many other states and cities.
It was heartening to see Quebec's CL 217's skimming the waterfront along Malibu beach.
It's all about people to people, and i know we will never forget our great neighbours to the south that rushed to our assistance some 20 years ago.
Thank you.
One of the greatest things about living in this area is how the people surround each other in times of trouble. I live in Newbury Park, but I have many friends in Malibu. Between the fires and the tragedy at the Borderline, it's ABSOLUTELY AMAZING to see SO many people come together to not only help out, but to help grieve. The losses we've experienced recently are huge. I'm sad that we are also tied together with the folks up in Paradise. So many tragic stories there as well. Keep reaching out and loving each other people! That's how we're SUPPOSED to be!
Heartbreaking. Very disturbing to see such devastation. I have a 54 Chevy which is my only classic. Sad to see classic cars in flames. I love California and hate to see people suffering. Loss of life is the worst. Sending my love to all Californians from Las Vegas. Stay strong. Thank you Fireball Tim for letting us see what has happened to our neighbors. Stay safe always.
As a car lover myself seeing that burned down garage just made me want to cry. But it's not just about the cars and the merchandise this man and those people lost their livelihood but at least they didn't lose their lives. Thank God
I been homeless 4 times in the past 25 years. The 1st time I was homeless was due to family disagreement, the 2nd was discrimination towards the way I was born, the 3d I was displaced due to the sale of the property I was living at, I thought that was going to be the last time I was going to be homeless, I got some money and I bought a travel trailer, being disabled (actually crippled now) I don't get enough to live on so the camper was better then a shelter, so I thought, everything was going fine I was renting a small piece of land in the end of my friends driveway, but after living in the camper for 2 years the town where I was parked said that I can no live in the camper (personally I believe that discrimination played a part, my friend was fine but everyone else was not fine with the was I was born, including my friend's family. Well not having money to tow the trailer elsewhere and the trailer would have needed work done to live in it another year, so I had to walk away and move back in my sisters house, the same person I had to walk from the 1st time I became homeless and the worse thing is that my sister is far worse then the 1st time I lived with her, so basically I feel for those burned out people losing everything, especially those of poor health. Shelters are bad. I am 51, really poor health and I don't know if I will live long enough to see if I can get on my feet again , I am trying.
I feel bad for anyone that lost anything but stuff can be replaced. The most important thing is your health and your family. Everything will work out for these people. I hope the people in the area are also taking care of the less fortunate people that didn't have a lot of things to lose to begin with. Things don't make you happy but if you don't have a lot to begin with it will be harder to recover.
Tim, you hang in there. Material things can be replaced. I hope you and all the people of Malibu have a great Thanksgiving. God Bless!
Back at ya, Brian!

What's the story on the 666 hat?
It was a band...
Spooky
wow...Your a good man! Thanks for showing this side of the story :-(
And I remember the BEFORE the fire video: czcams.com/video/vZIjQ_s8r8w/video.html
Scary stuff . Wow what a heart break . Your alive and your Home is still standing so grateful to be alive .
Hey man thank the Lord you are safe
That's all it matters
it's all so painful and heartbreaking. sending love and healing.
They are just earthly possessions they can be replaced or some things can be replaced. What matters is your life.
I live in Oregon and we have had our fire issues. You guys may have a 2 punch, fire and then mud slides and flooding if you get a lot of rain.
I think of Paradise, burned to the ground. Also, the thousands of animals burned alive! Very tragic all around, but u have your life, some people don't have that anymore.
I love cars. So sad.
As I was watching this the phrase, "Looters Will Be Shot" went through my mind, but I didn't think Malibu would be a place you'd see that posted. Aprox 4:25 there it is! Looters Get Shot!
Why was your home saved?
I'll bet those cars were beauties. 😢🚘😢😢🚘😢😢🚘😢😢(((((Lots of love to Thom and family, and tell him thanks for all the music))))💜
Guy Ropella lost about 20 classics in this fire.

Fireball Tim Lawrence Thanks!! Will check it out ✌🏻
I'm very surprised his house didn't go up with a hat like that.... . 666 heck no. He's probably a Scorpio!
It's a band.
@@FireballTimGarage hey. I always been wicked superstitious. But I play drums at Church and been real unlucky with Friday 13th too. God bless your house. Lucky man. Been to Vegas once my grandpa was a Cave explorer.
I noticed his hat had 666 on it .
It's a band. He's not Satan. It's just a hat. ;-)
