I had a bad experience with this product. Got it from Amazon but had to return within 2 days. The performance is below expectation. The device keeps getting disconnected from the mobile phone every time it goes to ideal. Only when it is continuously used, it works fine. Also, the battery backup is really disappointing. It goes from 80% to 20% in couple of hours. I had to recharge every day which is disappointing as I have used Xmate with similar product and it last as long as 5days. At the same time, it claim to have fast charging but it takes around 2 hrs to get fully charged. Hope your product performed as expected. Mine is below par.

I get zero audio output from mine, even though the controls on the device work, and the caller at the other end can hear me (though a lot of static). But on calls or videos or anything, not a peep from the speaker in my ear.

Very poor it doesn't get hold there... Every time you have to adjust... And now with mask during corona it is horrible...
Don't buy I bought it stopped charging after 6 days in between I had request same for my wife which she return then and there... Very poor quality charging issue... Last only for 6 days...

Turn on the device.......then double top the play or pause key.....take note dont connect on phone while changing a language......
