Some competitive gamers just seem to be born a gaming PRO! And It's kind of a mystery how someone can get so good. Or is it?
I would argue that becoming a great competitive gamer isn't such a mystery. In fact becoming a great player is actually quite simple.
And on top of that - most gamers miss the most important factor in gaming success - and if you're to optimize this one factor you'll become a much greater player, maybe even one of those "gaming pros"...

Very true, Most of these factors apply to everything .. I'm glad you take time to get into depth of this man. I learned this through my experiences being a "low life gamer" lol But hey it was worth it. I'm gonna get back into gaming after 3 years of inconsistency, but this time for something big ! Keep up through work man!

In summary good cognitive performance leads to higher quality of training thus giving you improvement for that day or what you call training or gain experience
-and bad cognitive performance leads to lower quality of training thus like e athletes said you are wasting your time
-and the cognitive domains that dictate your performance are attention concentration, sensory perceptual, language, memory and learning, executive function, visuospatial, motor skills, and mood and personality.

I'd argue that you are wrong saying "winning = more experience" i would say loosing teaches the player more. As this random famous quote reads “The master has failed more times than the beginner has even tried."

      0. .0 Late reply I know, but I would say that both are equal in terms of improvement. A loss will tell you what not to do, and a win will tell you what to do in game.

How to improve cognitive performance? Eat blueberries, drink COFFEE (NO ENERGY DRINKS, AND ONLY 1 CUP. U DONT WANT THE SHAKES), practice hand-eye coordination, and eat carrots. The blue rays in ur monitor damage ur eyesight. Mine got so bad to the point where I thought I may need glasses. Once I started eating carrots its like I see in 4k now. I can read the smallest things from a good distance

Hi i got to say i was very inspired for me it is odd i pulled that all nighter i've actually won a lot though i get tired the next day not good, and what i conclude is that if your a toxic player that does not enjoy League do not play it go to Call Of Duty instead don't make it hard for those who enjoy League we want to get somewhere where you toxic people don't want to be^_^ once i asked toxic player does he enjoy League he told me to shut the fuck up i was not upset still he did not enjoy League that's why we lost a rank once)': the Twitch player was very ToxicXD and did not like the game still those who gets put down don't get offended go back and kick the crap out of your rivals and enjoy League^_^ i've concluded this because i have played for 10 years^_^
