Muy buen video. Este es español que se habla en España; el español latino tiene otras formas de expresión más informales y de pronunciación. En español latino no usamos tanto los tiempos perfectos: "he metido la pata" = "metí la pata"; "la he pifiado"= "me pifié", "la embarré"
Puede ser "lo he pifiado", pero si en el contexto queda muy MUY claro que estás hablando sobre algo masculino. Por ejemplo. "No he estudiado y el examen me ha salido fatal. Lo he pifiado. Voy a suspender". Aun así, suena mejor utilizar "la he pifiado" 😃
