@@shirori2004 The stars are those who burn the brightest due to will and belief, enabling that flame they carry to be perceived by others over huge distances of void and the unknown, bringing light themselves. Should we not look upon them as an example to burn bright ourselves and try to lighten the void surrounding us and the ones we hold dear? And I'm currently staying in South-Korea, the purple is, I hope, due to the many lights that are on at night, I really hope it's not due to chemicals in the air ;.;, gotta say ya're better than me.

from 5:40 , I imagined a person sacrificing himself for his friends. He's asking his friends to run away while he uses his strongest ability to blow himself up along with the villain. It explodes and the fire travels destroying the entire place.

This music is so powerful, almost too powerful. It gives the feeling that something or someone is transcending the universe.
Like the end of a tremendous journey that surpasses both time and space.
At the end, an ultimate sacrifice which the main character must take to protect the people he loves.
"To save them all". Never giving up, the main character keeps pushing further. Beyond his limit and beyond all doubt, he dedicates his heart, he sacrifices his entire life. All his dreams, all his memories - the good and the bad, everything... he gives up for this moment.

Stellaris is a grand strategy game that involves you creating, governing and expanding space empires of different ethics and morals of your choice in a future sci fi setting, where you can make your own species too. This is a short 'extract' I suppose you could call it, based on actual event that happened in a multiplayer game with several other friends. Whilst many treat this game as a strategy game about efficiency and maximising numbers, I like to roleplay in my head, like I really am leading this empire to greatness. I sometimes write small extract story things like this when a significant in game event occurs, and this song really inspired me to write this. For some context, the Wi-Ziraki is the name of my species, Multyx is our home planet and Tal'Akkur is our home star system. Enjoy;
The chairman rose to the pedestal, his speech lain before him, its hologram shimmering in the light. Hundreds of thousands of Wi-Ziraki had gathered before the chairman, a great nationalistic pride sweeping across them all. Tears were cried, cheers were made and songs were sung.
"Once... we were nothing. A ruined republic, a shadow of our former glory, a splintered nation destined for decay and stagnation. Hundreds of systems fell to vultures who preyed on our sick nation, terrorists ran amok, the MIR (Multyx Intergalactic Republic) had failed us." The chairman's voice was heard by all, shown great respect by the conglomeration that came to hear.
The masses grew quiet with a near deafening silence. The citizens of the Provisional Imperial Co-operative of Tal'Akkur listened, hearts swelled with loyalty and joy.
"But we, the Wi-Ziraki, are not so easily defeated! We are strength! We are determination! We are spirit! We are courage! We are will!" His voice roared throughout those who gathered to hear him, raw emotion filling every inch of the loyalists that stood by him.
"Where the Republic failed, we did not! Our provisional government gathered what remained and breathed new life into it! We began to reforge our previous might into something more!"
"We set our sights outwards. We could never reclaim our lost glory through 'peace'. Diplomacy was never an option. Let the Bruvan Imperium be a lesson to all who oppose us! The false Imperium is no more!" A single tear ran down the hardened, war-scarred face of the arthropoid leader.
"The mighty Tal'Akkuran fleets have struck down the pathetic Bruvan strongholds in the name of our species, our empire!"
A great cheer spread through the crowds who listened, celebrations erupted amongst all the families watching the broadcast. For the first time in decades, the punished Wi-Ziraki had a reason to smile, and smile they did.

The roar of the crowd is nothing the galaxy had ever seen, never before had so many lifeforms celebrated together, in harmony. The unity and power of this occasion was felt across the entire galaxy.
"Our voice will be heard. We will solidify our seat in the Galactic Council. We will rise up and lead those too weak to lead themselves. We will offer a place in the empire for all of the nations around us."
"However, we understand not all will accept our gracious benevolence. We will take by force, the territories of those who stand in the way of a united galaxy, we will conquer the pretenders, we will destroy the terrorists! And let us not forget the sickening hive mind that 'co-exists' with us."
"The Hive is a threat to us all. Their hunger grows, their influence spreads but our ships are ready, our bastions stand strong and our artillery awaits their move. Mark my words..." The Emperor paused briefly, overwhelmed by the fear and dread the Hive has across his people, their faces painted with expressions of terror, trepidation and torment.
"There will be a war in the heavens above..." The Emperor spoke with stern, determined words. His might reinvigorated the passion of the Wi-Ziraki, joy and content fulfilling them all once more. And with that, the Emperor stepped down from the pedestal, escorted out by the newly formed Royal Guard.
Today, a new superpower was formed. One thats presence would be felt in every corner of the galaxy.
