You can use second to get out the ulti if you time it right before minsi ults you but you can't dash WHILE you're in the ult.

people are banning him so much and i can somewhat see why, although the mechanic of being able to disable dashes isn't really that broken since its obviously to counter assassins, but even if you don't have many dashes its still so frustrating to face him since many heroes rely on dashes to initiate properly and this mf is preventing it 💀
This guy also anti fighter like Yu Zhong I think he even disable his ulti dash and I cannot use my second skill enhance basic attack even like I 100% cannot move

It's also very easy for Joy, first skill's Movement speed boost is always enough
Joy, Karina and Ling have the easiest time getting out of Minsi ult, the correct way for a Minsi player to handle those 3
Joy and Karina, save the hook, they can run out from ult easily with s1, pull them back in
And for Ling, just wait until he use ult, and time it when he drop, he cant go nowhere

I had lots of times where I pulled Savage - Maniacs where enemies were dumb enough to rush me when i was in ult state

-Increase damage
-Reduce skill cd
-Release skin

Karina 1st skill is basic attk imune so its imune to minsi ult and 2nd skill but she charges when she cast it so she's left with here 2nd skill and basic attcks

Corrosion sc and belt is enough for Minsi, you got in Minsi ult, then Minsi use 2nd skill, you'll get slowed due to belt passive. Minsi 2nd skill count as basic attack.
But Minshittar can slow you down with Dominance and Corrosion Scythe 💀

but sadly Argus is forgotten and almost never get the buff so the damage reduction and tanky build with Dominance Ice from minshi will be enough to neutralize him. Actually, Argus is Minshittar absolute counter, it is funny when a counter hero supposed to counter other hero but being countered back and it is funny they call it balanced.

As an arlott main I cry when I see a minsittar as arlott's game play is dependent on his 2nd if you're a burst build you deal no damage if you're a sustain built you got no sustain.

I really do feel building him full dmg doesn't benefit him a lot, so I always use tank; but if you really want maybe hybrid can work.

I remember there being a bug that was patched quickly with Minsits ult where lance uses his second skill and taps on his first skill really quickly, where he dashed through Minsits ult even thought it already went through the animation and was physically there.

I just spam my first skill and hope the Shield and the increased movement speed from the enhanced skill passive will save me
Watch out for marking above your head, Minsi Jr. in his ult can trigger marking.

Another thing is that if the enemy doesn't have any dominance ice while you have oracle, double skill 1 is pretty much a get out of jail free card

There are few heroes that still can use dash skills but the only one I can think of right now is Gloo and that’s because it’s a mechanic tied to the skill rather than the skill itself being a dash skill.

Minsi is so underrated man, if you're facing tanky heroes you can use the crit build, if you're facing squishy heroes you can use the Trinity, and if you have to roam you could roam with minsitthar.
