- www.TshirtRiches.com Yep, folks are still charging $20+ dollars for t-shirts. Check out the clip where I got footage of a guy selling t-shirts in the mall in his own kiosk.

Thank you.... I have dabbled in T's but you explain it all so well. Its amazing how so many folk who can help others will look you right in the face and never tell you anything..... I am a graphic designer. I had a family member who worked in a tshirt business for 12 years or more. I have so many skills under my belt that could make this work. I just never had the know how. Again thank you.
Notice how he's spending a lot of extra time printing the shirt compared to Cartess's t-shirt printing method shown in his videos. That's because he needs to make it look like the printing process is more complicated than it really is. It's a psychological technique to make customers feel they are getting their money's worth. If he printed them as fast as Cartess does in his videos, they might not feel the shirts are worth $20.00. That's something you have to consider when printing in front of the customer that you don't when printing offsite.
Makes sense.
Great point!!
Well you know lol had to put on a show 🤠 🍿 .. like the oval office sshhsshhh
Is that what the Vinyl is for?
@@mattthompson9810 The vinyl cutter was likely used to cut personalized names, logos and such using heat transfer vinyl.
Everyone talking about copyrights, if you order from a business that has the rights for resale you can resale the designs without getting in trouble, you bought the designs meaning you paid for the rights to use them, I got my own heat press business and I went through everything to make sure it was legal.
How do I find such businesses that has rights to copyrighted designs?
It looks to me that those designs are screen printed on to the transfer paper. It does not look like they are cut vinyl.
You're full of bull malarkey man..
Listen, I am all for pushing the envelop for parody and popular designs using existing popular characters etc.. but for you to pretend that the excuse "I got this design from someone who is licensed by Vince Gilligan and Supreme without a shred of evidence that you did is school yard BS man." Stop giving bad advice or you could be implicated in a law suit for garbage advice. Supreme does NOT license out to vinyl companies to make parody or copycat designs.
Most of his designs are from Pro World. The designs are already copy righted through them and they sell over 5,000 plastisol hest transfers on their website. They sell them to anyone who wants to purchase them. It's not illegal if the company already bought the rights to sell to you. From watching their videos, they have artists and designers in house you create the design. Some of his designs are not from Pro World, so I'm sure he uses a couple of companies which is highly encouraged to do.
I appreciate you making this- showing us that there are different ways to be creative and make living...👍
Love your videos, I've been watching them for a few years now and always enjoy your content.
Looks like he wasn't locking down the press as good as it he could have. Maybe that has led to your shirt peeling already?
Which transfer paper or printer he used to print on Black T-shirts? Did he use dark transfer paper? But method he used was very simple just like printing on Light colour Garments
FIY for anyone who is crying about the copyright issues with some of these design's there are companies that handle the copyright litigation and sell these transfers to operations like these.
thank you for sharing your information with us I'm in the process of starting my own t-shirt business and not ready to do Graphics yet looking into buying pre-made transfers... thanks again for sharing
It peels because of two major processes that was missed. You must use a lint roller on the area. Also you must pre heat the shirt to make it lay down smooth on the platten.
:)
This gives me all kinds of ideas. The learning never stops!
Never and I'm loving it
Amen to That..
Extremely informative video and just what I needed to take that leap of faith! Thank you!
How are things going so far?
This was a wonderful straightforward easy to understand motivational video… So well done that I’m making my three young daughters watch this
Thank u Brett.
Man....Your shirt looks like silk? what blank material is that? Cotton?
And by the way, the reason why your T shirt COOK peeled off the corner is the size of the Platen was not enough for the large format of the paper, notice please when he was pressing that shirt he had to hit the corners while the shirt was still hot to lay thos corners down since they did not get enough heat nor enough pressure at the outer edge, very neat stuff , thanks for posting.
the heinseburg was two colors right white and lack? do you have to use two sheets it looked llike he used one how ?
Hi Cartess, do you think the transfer is low on your shirt? I thought the target was about 3" down from the neck?
Does anyone know where to get good quality wholesale plastisol transfers in Australia? Also a good wholesaler of blank t-shirts?
Thanks!
I like to know something. What is the best heat press going? I like the 16 x 20 with a swing out. That way you don't have a habit of burning yourself. I don't need to burn myself. I would like to get a 16 x 28 Swing Away heat press what would be a good one to be recommend to get? I would really like to get it used one because I'm just starting out in this business.
What type of heat transfer paper is he using? Is it DTP or LTP ?
what equipment do you use for the vlog and how to build a membership site
I’m just starting out, I was watching this video on the mall kiosk, I noticed he had shirts that I would think would be copyrighted designs like the ones you chose and I see a Mickey ect? Also my niche is country living and would like to do typography , song lyric tees is this legal ?
how do i get the graphics that they have hanging in the mall they are in every mall the same designs
Trying to find out for myself where to get the tablets for the shirts that are multicolored
@cartess could you post the vendor you use for your transfers?
Love your vids. Thank you for taking the time to teach
where can I get them
heat transfer from? that he's using
Cartess says he doesn't like talking and he is a introvert? Hogwash. Lol. Great video.
I'm an introvert barely say much but I will talk a lot to one person or a camera lol
What city and state is t-shirt guy in> THANKS
That heat press is on Amazon for about 200
I have it.
My is all Black
came up with my design watching this!! two paychecks from now I really might buy my first heat press no joke
Did you buy that heat press?
Where are they getting this decals from?
Are they buy it online?
Your videos are very helpful. I want to know how do you just steps out on faith and start the tshirt business. I am very bored with my corporate job and I am miserable. I don't have alot of money and I don't want to go broke doing this. Thanks for all your help.
What type of paper is he using for his black garments
those Mall Kiosks rentals are super expensive. I looked at one to rent for the Holiday and they wanted over 3K . Then you have the % you kick back and your fees for using elec and waste. Not cost effective so I'm sure why the shirts cost so much.
One thing I did notice that he doesn't do is pre-press the shirt, which is said to take the extra moisture out of the shirt and then also presses out the shirt. Could that be a reason why the vinyl didn't stick very well?
Also how do these businesses get away with using trademarked and copyrighted images? People have asked me to make them Disney T shirts and I will not even touch that one! I do not want to get sued.
Most of the images that he is selling.. even the Disney images are from a website called proworldinc.com. They are licensed plastisol transfers that you buy around $2.50 to $3.50 each. You can buy as many as you like and apply to a shirt then sell. No worries of a lawsuit...
I cannot find anyone selling the "COOK" transfer's online or any Breaking Bad for that matter any one have other Transfer Sources
I might be able to design that Cook shirt.
Well, the real question was not the ability to "Design" but having the License to actually sell them. I can get anything designed even things that are "Trademarked" the issue is the ability to Legally sell them. Where are people getting some of these transfer's aside from "proworld" for example.
True enough. People should have their custom shops shut down. I agree with you. Where are people getting these transfers? I don't know.
I wonder if you could bring your own sweater and print your own logo even if it's not displayed on the cart
bro where do u get the best tee shirts from
I dont understand how they do it. With inkejt. Do they have special ink? Abd when they havr the transfer from? Im learning and i cant find the way to do full color in thsirts. ? Pkease help!!!!
its printed on a special transfer paper, its junk, after just 1 wash it fades so bad its not worth wearing again... its basically a wear once an throw away option
URGENT AND IMPORTANT
IN one of your videos you said print press doesn't work with dark colored shirts but in this video it did..how??????
Can they make custom shirts if u don’t want what they have shown
I don't know if you're still managing this but how do you get around copyright issues? Did you have to buy it for breaking bad designs and ain't nobody got time for this one too?
which side of the mall is he on
What's the name of the designs he has on the display? (like the heisenberg paper he used) where to buy them from?
its not a paper.. its screen printed on a transfer sheet.. its called 'plastisol transfers'
Where do you they buy all these design at???
where does he get those "ready to press designs"
I wonder where he got the transfers. Any one? Any one?
Can anyone share how they display their t-shirt designs at a kiosk at a mall or flea market? Looking for a good way to display the designs I'm pressing.
Adam Little contact the mall. They will let you know if space is available.
can you heat press on the back after you've pressed on the front?
Yes you can
Great shirt! That shirt is it license by women who said that look her up on youtube? I love watching your channel. I wanted to know when you going to do another Q &A like to ask questions. Take care Peace and Love!

Thanks for sharing this I really want to start my own t-shirt business the only thing that's getting in my way is finances and time
It looks like the one he is using is from the company called
Powerpress
first off I love your videos. Would you happen to know where to get the kiosk from... or would you be able to find out??
Quarteize ROshell hello when I worked in the mall decade's before a kiosk is a rental space which the mall owners provides now I don't know you rent or they sale it to you. contact local malls. Take Peace And Love!
Sabreeus(Plus Size Fashion Designer) Thanks for the information.
Quarteize ROshell You can search on CZcams and they have videos on this. open kiosk at mall. put in how to open kiosk in mall, you get videos. I want to say I remember asking the person who rented kiosk at mall I work decade's ago. They told me it depends on the unit size, they had one chair, everything was on outside. it was small rent was under $2000 I don't know if it was a week or month. Hope this help. You are welcome. Peace!
Sabreeus(Plus Size Fashion Designer) Thank you I really appreciate you following up to give me some information that is much needed thank you and have a blessed day.

How and where can I get custom design screen print transfers for my personal designs?
I would like to know that also. The places I have seen are pretty pricey.
contact tshirt-dudes.com we do custom plastisol transfers
F&M Expressions
Ms360sista proworld
jamey hall,T-shirt dudes,ronnie Cook,
Thanks!
He isn't pre-pressing the moisture out of the shirts, that's why your is peeling...
Thanks for that, I did wonder what the issue was there.
Correct.
All shirts peel he fixed it.. lol 20 bucks shoot wind might hit it and blow right off or rain sleet snow only in Indiana
Bet they are Fruit the looms and not Hanes her way .
Happy Thursday .. Thirsty Thursday smh 1 day at a time ..
Graphic Designer hmmm that's awesome good money
Did you start out reading blue prints
All over the kitchen table ..lol
He is taking his time because having a customer creates interest.... people follow other people... so keeping you there a few minutes draws attention
What are them transfers that guy was using likely yo be if they are peeling? Are they plastisol or something else? Also what is that glue like line off the edge of the design on the COOK shirt? I just bought a heat press to press my designs from plastisol inks to speed up making them as the dtg process can be time consuming. Hot split plastisol are what I am going to look at getting into. Means I can have some of the popular designs made in seconds. Really like your videos. Enjoy watching them all. They have a strange, zen like calming effect on my conscience.
Hot split is what i mostly use. I don't know what this guy had for them to be peeling sooo quickly.
i want to start this business from home as a side business to supplement my income. i work in a hospital too I have some people already who said they will buy one. what size is your hot press?
16x20
Very good video,I just subscribed to your channel..question,how does he deal with copy right things if someone could explain it to me.I am concerned about that for my business..thank you.
Thank you my brother.
I know I'm not suppose to laugh at dude but the stuff he was saying about the guy pressing the shirt had me weak lol.
Thanks for your video and also for sharing all ways. Is very very helpful. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Never would have thought you could press a t-shirt that way.

Indianapolis
That breaking bad shirt has two IP infringement lawsuits waiting to happen.
thank you for this post
What's the paper he is using after heat pressing the shirt for final touch. is it necessary?
ASHFAQ KHAN Teflon sheet. Necessary for pressing after the transfer backing is removed to press for a few more seconds so that vinyl does not stick to the heat press.
Thank you very much for your response.
20 usd for t-shirt you can't wash more than 2 times
I have friends running this business in the malls, they are from Egypt.
What about copy right laws from the breaking bad shirts ??
Okay, I'm a Canadian. All right. I have done a lot of car shows and a lot of swap meets over the years. I hand paint and hand old cars and old trucks on t-shirts with fabric paint. I've been doing them for 46 years. Now I'm an artist so I know a lot of boat doing artwork. I always wanted to get into it t-shirts with a heat press but never had the time and then when I saw your video I thought maybe it's time. I'm on Disability Pension, so I don't have a lot of money, but I'm saving up to purchase a heat press. Probably a used one. But I thought I would get a 16 by 20 with a swing away heat press.
Reason for a 16 X20 Is their are a lot of big people out in the world and I have painted customers cars on 2xlarge, 3xlarge ash grey Gildan t-shirts.
I like Gildan.
I am looking for a used one.
I guess I will find one on Kijiji
i get shirts screen printed and sell them for $25 to $30 each
Are they better.. vinyll Quality is better than quantity . Yes
he's making shirts making cups making tumblers it's the new thing of the 2021
Daughter got printer other folks I know
I just make blankets and rosary's
Cold and holy
Would you buy an Oki920wt printer?
Hello friend. You may not see this since I see it is from 2017. Please let me know if you do. I need to ask a few questions. Thanks!!
shoot over an e-mail: info@tshirtriches.com
You can go to flea markets. You can go to swap meets. There are many many car swap meets. All over United States and Canada I've been to Hershey, Pennsylvania. I've been to Carlisle Pennsylvania. Those are the two big ones. I love to go there with my heat press machine and sell a Wacom t-shirts. That would be great.
Only problem is that stuff is copyrighted.
no its not he ordered everyone of em off the websites some of the guys listed in the comments. Proworld I think. I think you buy the rights to resell when you purchase the transfers
How was he able to set up in a mall?
Go to mall administrative offices ... They're always happy to accommodate ya if you're willing to pay and get into a lease.
YOUR'E SUCH A GOOD T-SHIRT PRINTER!
Yea dude who make that shirt got a good 150% profit off that. Shirt was most $3 wholesale. One color maybe $1.
Absolutely.
I watch that series recently 2019
Great show.
Thanks for this video, very inspirational! :)
Eye opening info👀
Thamk you so much I just purchased a machine for my son he enjoys making t-shirts
That is wonderful!
that is a vinyl cutter not Printer!
gotshirts2ink He mentioned the vinyl cutter in the beginning then later mentioned the ink jet printer for the other custom designs.
Great stuff man! Subbed !
He took so long to print just to attract some other costumers. Basic marketing
That’s all it takes, if you try it one time or a few times next thing you know your hooked on it.
Absolutely.
Excellent video. Thx man
no wonder he doesnt have a website. hes hiding, i see hes breaking thr trademark or licencing laws...
"Sweet Jesus it's a FIRE!!!"🔥🔥🔥
LOL
@@tshirtriches HAHAHAHAHA
that's not a printer, its a vinyl cutter.
This is awesome!
FYI his entire stand of shirts are arguably illegal AF
