I recently installed Arb air locker on front differential, i had soft wear at original diferential (360.000km) so i made an upgrade instead of repair it
The guy driving the D2 doesn't know the car. I have been driving a D2 since 2006, he needs better tires and to learn how to use momentum and the TC. I could put my stock rig up that hill all day.
The guy with D2 does use a bit of momentum at the cross more than the path because he does't have CDL, yet, but that ramp was imposible to climb even on foot because of the ice, it was about >33° i'm curiosus if you measure your biggest ramp with inclinometer, you will be surprised, in 3 years of off-roading this was the biggest that i found😉
@@DavidTNK Respect to you guys for showing it all but I live where it is snow half the year. There are many super steep trails around me, now, TBH I have rolled a D2 down a hill on its roof before but...I assure you the vehicle is more capable than shown in this vid if you knew how to use it. I've pushed the limits too many times, now I know what she is capable of.
I'm not debating that, i'm just try to say that when you try to film some hill, especially as an amateur as we are, it is like the hill disappear in the video, so a good comparison that still remain valid is the readings from inclinometer
David, i wanted to ask you, did you painted those chrome stuff in front and logo and back things, or buy new black?
They are painted with raptor paint
