Wow, I am blown away at the organization and thoroughness of your video. I appreciate the time stamps, the cuts of you showing the texture of the product and trying it out!
I can't say for sure, but I believe the eye make up remover pads are just for that purpose vs full face makeup removal. For heavier eye make up, water proof make up etc. Things that regular cleanser might not break up. That is why pad size is smaller & I think they are drier to avoid seeping into the eyes. I'd say you would hold over eye area several seconds then gentle wipe.
Hey Abbey! I love your reviews! Would you consiser leaving the little banner with the product name and price up the whole yime youre talking about it? Even if the product photo disappeared to be less obtrusive that would be nice. I'll admit I'm often cooking while I'm watching your videos and sometimes a particular comment you make will draw me back to check on the product and that would make it easier for me to just check and make a mental note
I think the cerave cleanser is just a normal water based cleanser with oils added in. Applied to wet skin and then rinsed away so a second cleanse in the nighttime. It’s a bit misleading by cerave calling It an “oil cleanser” when it’s not your typical first cleanse. ❤
They actually intend for this to replace both the first and second cleanse! And it does work really well for that but I agree I don’t consider it an “oil cleanser” either
@@notimportant123it’s the same as this one I use that in my shower when I have water resistant body spf on and it take it off easily but u do use it as any regular body/face wash. Not a traditional “oil” cleanser

I recently had a facial which inspired me to begin a skin care routine again. And, then I found your channel. My dermatologist prescribed Tretinoin Cream and I purchased CeraVe Hydrating Foaming Oil, CeraVe Healing Ointment and Kopari whipped ceramide cream. Tonight will be my first night using all the products. I used the Healing Ointment and the Kopari on my hands. What a difference, already!
Surprised you didnt like the naturium uv reflect! It became my new fave instantly! I think you should try applying it in a couple of layers, it should dry down to a soft matte finish, not greasy
Abbey. I can never thank you enough for your videos on tretinoin. I was purging for about 6 weeks but I’m at the point in the journey where I’m able to do every night over moisturiser. And my skin is AMAZING. 😭😭😭 I’m so happy.
Not drugstore but new body moisturizers I've been absolutely loving are the new Isle of Paradise lotions. They smell like tropical vacation in a bottle. One smells like Key West and one smells like Hawaii, they're amazing!
Ok I have to ask, what does Key West smell like? Lol my mind is terrible, all I can imagine is elderly white guys in unbuttoned Hawaiian shirts drinking booze and sweating... Also, drugstore Gold Bond Vitamin C body lotion is so affordable and has a really fresh, lovely citrus scent. Most of their lotions are unscented but this one is a real olfactory treat!
There's an Australian brand called Outside by Maddison Brown, that's an spf based company. They have a gorgeous spf mist and blush. They are coming out with more products soon , but I just thought I'd mention it after you did the spf make up video, as the blush is beautiful and the spf is very good. And Australia has very tough laws around sunscreen development, so they're definitely good for that. 😊
I love the Elf Lip Exfoliators! I have coffee and popcorn; they smell incredible and work really well. The new balms are nice too (love the vanilla and strawberry ones!). I don't think I can ever go back from Asian sunscreens...they are just so good!
I don’t know about the US, but Naturium in the UK is definitely not a drugstore brand. Its only sold at space NK and is too expensive to be called drugstore, definitely not to be in the same category as brands like ELF and Cerave
Tbh, I hate double cleansing. I just find it annoying spending money on two cleansers when there are so many amazing products out there designed to sit on my face. I will def be checking out this new cerave cleanser
tried it and loved it as a first cleanse! i have really oily and reactive skin and it didn’t cause any issues. in terms of double cleansing, it’s a good idea to do it if you’ve been wearing makeup and/or face sunscreen! otherwise you can just use a basic cleanser (ie in the morning)
Not sure if this helps but to save some $$ I just buy the oils themselves instead of “cleansing oils” as my first cleanse! My fav to use is jojoba oil or almond oil (I have combo/oily skin) and just have a big bottle of it as my first cleanse and they last forever. A lot of “cleansing oils” are overpriced ): I then use CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser as my second cleanse and get the Value Size
