    Quick, tasty and a much healthier and performance focused alternative to a traditional higher kcal and fat pizza. Still rich in carbs, this tortilla pizza can help you fuel for and recover from those hard long workouts.
    Prep ⏲: 20 mins
    Serves 1
    Ingredients:
    2x Large Wholemeal tortilla wraps
    5 tbsp of Passata
    1/4x Bell Pepper, sliced
    1/2x Garlic Clove, crushed
    1/4 tsp of Chilli Flakes
    1/2 Chicken Breast, cooked, sliced
    1/4 Red Onion, chopped
    30g of Low Fat Cheddar
    1 tsp of Honey
    1x handful of Spinach
    Preparation:
    1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180°C.
    2️⃣ In a bowl, mix the chili and garlic through the passata.
    3️⃣ Spread 2 tbsp of the passata on the first wrap before placing the second one on top so both are glued together.
    4️⃣ Spread the remaining passata on top of the glued wraps before topping with chicken, cheese, red onion, and spinach.
    5️⃣ Drizzle the honey on top and place it in the oven for 10-12 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
