Does anyone know how to change to wall thickness? For some reason the walls around new rooms that I'm trying to add a extremely wide, meaning there is a very large dark brown square around a room I'm trying to add.
Zoom in, Click on the inside of the wall you want to change at the top there should be measurements which will be Length x Thickness click on the measurement on the top right to change your thickness

Once you have your square room, you click on levels, go to settings ,your floor height should be by default set to 250cm change it to your desired height
Go levels and in the upper corner it will have wall or ceiling hight, side note it will adjust all walls/ ceilings on that floor to that hight but you can add drop ceilings on a room by room bases in each room setting tab
Hi, is there a way to make a diagonal wall or fixture? For example of you take a box and add a slop to the top and bottom, it creates a diagonal plane, but from the size its paper thin and I need it to be thicker, is there a way to do this?
Yep what you could do is when sloping the box only change the degrees at the top and not at the bottom that way it'll create a triangular fixture or you could play around and increase your box size, that'll change it from being paper thin to the measurement you desire
@@Sinesizwe that's great, I see how that works, however that creates a triangle shape, I'm looking to create a structure with a diagonal beam (almost like an exposed roof truss) but when I make the diagonal beams by creating a slop to the top and bottom, I get the angle I'm looking for, but from the side it's paper thin, I can't get the beam to be the thickness I need it to be.
click on your object make sure its position is not locked, when you click on the objects there will be a circular arrow click on it and then rotate it to your desired position
When I'm going to settings, its not showing any icon from where I can change the wall height. And that's why I also can't understand that I have to click on application settings or project settings. So please tell me the process step by step clearly. Please reply.
@@sparkyeety1367 if gou mean a straight stair case with curved steps you can make it out of cylinders on the general section If you mean a stair case that wraps around a larger object or makes large Simi circle you take the regular circular stair case and adjust the center diameter, and I think there's another one in that area that will adjust the curve to what your looking for Math with be your friend I spent forever trying to make a staircase with usable sized steps that had the right rise. had enough head room. And ended facing the right direction

yeah i noticed that too it happens on my side too, go to levels as if you about to add a new floor, click on settings then change height down to 250
I dont know how you can set it to permanently stay like that you gonna have to just double check in each design
