Could we just please stop with the negative statements. They have to do this for legal reasons and of course they’re going to be a couple of mistakes. Most of us already know how to operate this brand of bike anyhow. I would be more upset with their no refund and no credit policy except at their discretion. I can understand no refunds but no credits?

Got to say great run down. But this is not a great first bike for beginners. If ur never rode before please don't start with this big of a bike there are alot of other options
