- Beyoncé showed up to support Taylor Swift at the ‘Eras Tour’ film premiere in LA on Wednesday. Taylor later reflected on the moment on Instagram, calling it ‘an actual fairytale.’ Beyoncé also has a concert film gearing up for release later this year, ‘Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé.’ The doc is set to hit theaters on Dec. 1.

I agree! Especially considering that both Beyoncé and Taylor have remained a close friendship for several years, since the 2009 VMA incident. It doesn’t make sense for both fandom to hate on each other while the actual person they idolize, don’t possess the same animosity as their fans.

The running joke that Beyoncé nevers leaves the house actually has some truth to it. How often does she go to public events these days? To see her show up and support Taylor like this might mean these two are much closer than we thought. I know she starts her tour again soon but I hope Taylor can find the time to attend Beyoncé's premiere. Either way it's great to see two female powerhouses show gratitude towards one another. I cannot wait to see these concert films on the big screen.

The movie IS the concert, edited for great views and streamlining for no costume change delay, and saving hundreds of dollars for the viewer. However, 3+ hours is a bit too long to be in a theater seat. If you were at the 3+ hour Taylor show, I’m sure the electricity in the air would have made it go really fast. Not so in the theater.
I fear all of this publicity is going to ruin Taylor's seeming innocence. Untouched by Hollywood's twists in business.
But Beyonce is always fabulous regardless of it all.
