Off road Desert Tour with The SANDMAN and Apache Trail Tours at goldfields ghost town Az,

We had the pleasure of meeting and hanging out with the SANDMAN, AKA Captain Gnarkill on today’s Lil’ Foot Adventures.
We have watched and followed him for many years throughout his many van-life adventures so it was really cool to finally meet up.
He is currently working with Apache Trail Tours located at Goldfield Ghost Town in Apache Junction, as a guide.
If you’re the adventurous type, this is the tour to take through the rugged land in the Sonoran Desert of the Tonto National Forest and the SANDMAN is the Captain for you!!! He is captivating in the tales of the history and mystery of the Superstition Mountains and Goldfield Ghost Town.
Apache Trail Tours offers two adventures: 1-hour and 2-hour tours.
We did the 2-hour adventure and it was worth it as we maneuvered the rugged trails, heard tales of the old west, and the SANDMAN taught us all about the native cacti and plants. We even saw some native wildlife along the trails too.
Fun was had by all and we made a new friend for life!

I was looking for your trip to the rally. It isn't here yet so I watched the tour through the desert. Your guide had a lot of information on the cacti.
