@@jontiways The opponent's moves too. I haven't rewatched the entire fight, but it's extremely similar.
It happens, 100% random does not exist.
I remember back in the day that you could manipulate the rng in Pokemon Stadium 2 with save states, so maybe it is related with timing.

I started a Doom Desire counter for each video, since it shows up in almost EVERY one, sometimes even multiple times. It's Metronome's favorite move.
I don't think I saw it in the recording of the next video either.
