Path of the Gods, Amalfi Coast - Italy

- The Path of the Gods, or Sentiero degli Dei, is a trek that connects Bomerano to Nocelle near Positano on the Amalfi Coast. It is a fairly easy path that can be completed as a one way trail if you wish. Many portions of the trail are inches from a 1000 ft drop to the ocean, or rocks below. The contrast of towering spires, amazing sky, and the sapphire blue waters of the Mediterranean make this hike one of my my most memorable.

I did the Path of the Gods maybe 6 times last year, and every time I saw the cat at 1:20 on the track !!! He's like the guard of this track :)
I was there 3 yrs ago with my sister and it was breath taking ...... the most peaceful, beautiful, amazing hike of my life!
Recommendation: If you are taking public transportation, keep track of the time .... we stopped many times to take photos and we lost the last bus back to town .....

Start early in the summer
Was it as scary as it looks? I live in the Colorado Mountains & hike all of the time but the drop off to the ocean here looks really scary! Did it feel like you could fall off? Headed there in May.

@@rescueswimmer84Yes, I read it quite carefully. But my question still stands. Which part of the path? Is there a landmark that can help me to pinpoint it???
The Stone arch is above the town of Positano. It cannot be seen from the Path of the gods, but from the highest point in Positano, near the beginning of the trail. @@SassyyjuicyMaria

My god it nearly killed me. Tip coming down is to run down steps . Easier
Why is everyone just walking and standing. They should try jumping from that height.
