Looking good. I've had my BOK kit for almost 2 and I'm still working on it lol. Winter months in canada really pump the breaks for having to paint and do some of the messy stuff outside. If you add the aluminum labels it will make everything pop that much more. I also have my n filter friction fitted for the same reasons as you, could always add a little hot glue. Been a little hesitant assembling the wand because I really wanted a pop mech in there but I'm thinking it might take a little too much engineering.
For my weathering I hit all the high spots/edges with a silver spray paint. Once it dried I used a liquid latex where I wanted the chipping. Hit it with black and rubbed off tye latex. Worked really well

Using the JB Weld putty is exactly what I needed to see cuz I'm about to start building my own BOK pack soon

how did you attach the cylinder that you put the round sticker on?

The HGA is attached with a long bolt that runs all the way through it and through the pack shell. It’s secured inside with a nyloc nut.

what are you planning to do about the electronics?

Planning on ordering a Rabid kit sometime in the next couple of weeks along with battery pack, speakers, etc. Once I get everything together I’ll put out another video. I may do a short video on my thrower between now and then.

Looking good, but may I ask why you added the Danger Label to the N Filter? The GB 2 packs did not feature that label.

My primary reference was the Sony Lobby GB2 pack, which does in fact include both labels on the N-Filter (although with 30 years of wear). They are readily available via the reference section on GBFans.

@@BCarn07 sadly you’re wrong... There is a guy in the GB Forums that created a complete Ray Stantz Hero Pack from scratch based on the second film and did not add the danger label on the pack. The packs in the second film never featured this label. If you search for reference photos of Sony’s used Hero Pack Dan’s pack will come up does not have a danger label on the N Filter, not even Bill Murray’s had it in the film either.

@@christopherniceley8848 Here's a link to the reference photo I am speaking of:

This was taken in the Sony Lobby. You can find the full set in the reference section of GBfans. Granted the label is in much worse condition, but it still stands that my reference hero pack has the label in some form.

@@BCarn07 those are two different packs 😳 and wasn’t one they used for filming in GB2... Besides that one photo every other photo has no reference of a Danger Label on the N Filter.

@@christopherniceley8848 Fair enough. I still don’t see any direct evidence that marks this one as an inaccurate reference. Upon further researching, I think I was misremembering the label as the piece of scotch tape seen on (if I’m recalling correctly) a Stantz pack. We’ll how I’m feeling next time I’m working on the pack and maybe I’ll take that under advisement and toss a strip of tape on there in place of the label. Thanks for enjoying my build enough to chime in with some constructive criticism. 👍🏻
