The game itself probably took most of the day to film, and the commentaries possibly took even longer because they'll be writing the content as they go and re-taking scenes, not to mention there's 5 different guys to interview. Those commentaries are likely filmed in the exact same space that they play the game. It would be an absolute nightmare to keep changing camera angles, sets and backdrops in between rounds.
