Can someone explain the tetanus one?
Tetanus, or lockjaw, is a bacterial infection caused by Clostridium tetani. Old houses, cars or other discarded items left in nature for long enough will rust (if they’re metal) and collect bacteria like Clostridium tetani. That's why Sully suggests Nate to get a tetanus shot or something.
He was exploring a rusty abandoned submarine and from i recall if you get cut by a piece of rusty metal you'll need to get a tetanus shot

I don't get the boka pintu one.
Buka pintu means open (the) door in Indonesian/malay. The guy then says "who's there" then drake says "you idiot quick open the door" all in another language now drake obviously doesn't speak indonesian/malay. So that combined with the way he says it makes it a funny scene.
