- Pokemon emerald: how to open the sealed chamber and catch regirock, registeel, and regice!
Walkthrough:
Make sure you have a Wailord in the front slot of your party and a Relicanth in the last slot of your party. You can catch Relicanth on route 126 underwater, they are rare so it may take a while. As for Wailord, i recommend catching a wailmer and then evolving it into a wailord! Fly over to pacifidlog town and then use surf along the currents, remember to stay low. Once you have made it to the dark patch of water, use dive, and follow the underwater cavern to the end. Read the message in braille and use dive right net to it. go to the end of the sealed chamber and use dig in the middle of the tablet written in braille. Once again, go through the cave and then press a in the middle of the wall, an earthquake should occur and all the regi's doors will be open. Surf to route 105 and you will be faced with regice. Run around the room close to the wall and the door will open. Next, fly over to the desert (route 111) and you will be faced with regirock. From the wall written in braille in the middle, go left, left, down, down, then use rock smash. Finally head on over to route 120 and registeel will be waiting. Go to the middle of the room and use flash, and the door leading to registeel will be waiting!

You don’t have to defeat the Elite Four. I only have 7 badges & caught all three Regis.
Also, if anyone is wondering, you only need Wailord & Relicanth to open all three seals. Once you do that, you can put them back in the PC in exchange for your preferred Pokémon.

I know I am late for these games that's why I am sad but still these games are the second best games everr but sometimes they are like the best game ever.. First is brawl stars no doubt but when I was stopping fight of groudon and kyogre I litteraly just felt like whoooo best game ever

9 years later, here I am. Very helpful video.
Tip: you can also catch a wailord at the bottom right of the Hoenn map. They’re rare, but it’s faster than training a wailmer to a wailord
My tip would be to catch a Wailmer as soon as possible, stick em in the Daycare, and hopefully by the time you get around to catching the Regis s/he will have leveled up enough. Mine went in at lvl 30 or something and came out at lvl 38.

You don't necessarily need any Pokemon, but if you would like the legendary trio of Hoenn then by all means go get them, You do need them if you have Pokemon diamond or pearl. When you transfer over regirock, registeel, and regiice over to diamond/pearl from your emerald version, then you can catch regigigas!

You absolutely have to have wailord in your first Pokemon spot and Relicanth in your last Pokemon spot, other than that it doesn't matter what Pokemon you have in the other 4 spots so long as you have Pokemon that know dig,surf and dive. If you do not do this than you will never get the earthquake to happen and that popup that says it sounds like a door opened somewhere far away. (Even though hearing something that far away should be impossible even in Pokemon without some sort of telepathic hearing)
You also must run along the wall not walk, the only parts you can walk are the corners so you can make sure you don't go away from the wall. In other words hold b while using the d pad til you reach a corner walk around the corner, run along the wall to the next corner rinse and repeat but make sure you don't pass the middle of those markings. Also I could be wrong but I believe you need all 3 Regis in your party to get regigigas to appear at my pinutoba

I found out 2 things, #1. This video doesn't just tell you how to get those 3 rocks to open... It also opens the way to regigigas as well. #2. You do not need to have any of the Regis with you to access regigigas, however you had to have either defeated or caught regice,registeel, or regirock before regigigas's door opens. So you can not just go to my pinutoba and catch regigigas, you have to do as I said.
Regigigas is gen 4. Pokemon emerald is gen 3

The code is called Braille just google it and then you can translate the code yourselfs. You need Relicanth and Waillord because it says so in the code. According to Bulbapedia the reason those two are choosen could be because the animal relicanth is based on was the father of the first landliving creatures. And whales used to live on land but evolved back to the sea.

That's weird..every video says you must have wailord and relicanth but i don't remember using them at all when i went to open the sealed chamber..i just got in and caught regice and the rest
you can actually catch a wailord in the route between sootopolis and ever grande instead of catching a wailmer.
