This gameplay was recorded on PC and on RYUJINX (Yuzu and clones doesn't work properly with this game), not on Steam Deck, Android etc etc.
This is an issue happening on emulators when the FPS are above 30 (That's why there's only a cheat folder on these mods). It doesn't matter if you're using my FPS mods or just unlocking FPS using F1 key/setting Vsync OFF. The issue is still there.
To solve the issue shown on the video you need to replace the previous mods, enable the cheat that fix the issue and press ZL + DPad Down. FPS needs to be below 52fps for this to be fixed.
If you use ReShade you can maximize and minimize the Ryujinx window, this will reload ReShade and make the game slow down to 30fps for a few seconds. This will allow the NPC to continue walking.

@@blackstar44468 I doubt that Steam Deck users will be able to achieve a stable 60fps. Just use the 30fps mod instead.

Not really (in fact at first I thought it was going to be a 💩 and few people were going to play it 🤣🤣). Since the beginning of the year I've been learning about the motor engine that the game uses (Unreal) so I've learned a lot about it and that has allowed me to make the mods.

You just use the cheat to drop your fps and fix the softlock. There's no reason to press the combination all the time lol. Watch the video.
