A little bit of my soul dies everytime I see a new pattern release that's a layered gathered skirt.
I’m with you on that one but also have what’s probably an unpopular opinion of a real dislike of poof sleeves 😮
The patina blouse has poofy sleeves and i'm not sure i'm a fan either. it makes me feel really wide. I don't know yet how to redo sleeves without gathers.

I hate making choices. I hate trying to decide what to wear and if it goes together. I have a feeling that my life is about to have a lot of mid Calf dresses in it and I cannot wait!

Thank you for mentioning grasser does different heights…I am always on the look out for this since I discovered petite patterns don’t need 14000 adjustments to the bodice …so far I’ve only discovered Sinclair (wonderful but somewhat old fashioned though fit perfectly without alterations)…I’ve downloaded the free pattern you suggested.

You sold me when you said this video doesn’t have tiers… it’s just not flattering on me. Tiers make me look like I’m cosplaying a 6 year old.
I dont mind ruffles on the bodice as they give me more shape, but never tiers. I hate the lack of clean lines.
