I mean... Cyclops ult hitting creeps isn't really all that bad. You can quite literally just AIM it to a hero instead of spamming it and besides, his ult is basically spammable now so it's not all that bad if you ult a creep once. If anything, it helps when playing jungle Cyclops as it speeds up his jungle clear. I do agree with you on the 1st skill being cast while walking tho
You can blame all low ranked players for all his nerfs. He already lacked CC so his regen boost, slow immunity, heal increase and his skill 1 debuffing ATK and Magic power were his saving grace. Not to mention, compared to other Tanks, his defense stats are some of the lowest in the game.

Now you can't rotate faster in map cuz skill 2 is 12 sec and if u skill skill 1 then u can't fully use skill 2 effect. In any case the new one CD is higher than old.
Are you dumb. Without any ce reduction requirement his second skill cooldown early game is 8-9 seconds. When you get hunter strike it reduced to 7. And then at lat game it's 6-5 depending on your build. And first skill passive reduces it to 2.5-3. now in this new version, it's 12 instead of 9. Build cd reduction and it'll be around 7 second. And here's the part you completely ignored, that he can spam first skill multiple times. Do you understand what that means. He can spam the first skill twice to make the cd even less. That's why they increase its cd so much. Cause few days ago it was normal 6 second like before. But they readded his first skill cd reduction passive which has NO COOLDOWN, and can triggered twice by spamming the first skill. Please use your brain before saying anything@@iamdarkphantom

Also when you're rotating in map you only have 12 sec CD can u have no targets while rotating so you rotate slower in map now. Whereas his previous fixed 6 sec CD is better because u dont rely on hitting targets plus u can rotate 2 times faster. So this adjustment is a big nerf to him

If you cast early, his ult cd is same as original server Argus because most of the time you won't trigger the death immunity. While late game he is intended to trigger it, so you can enjoy 8s ult duration, but with how strong his new ult is, using cd boots and dragon spear for extra cd reduction won't make his damage flop at all, and if you sneak in, ult early and quickly eliminate target at late game while still have full hp, his 50% discount gonna make his ult cd become less than 20s which is really good @zackkaiza5938
I actually think that this is a pretty big zhuxin buff considering most of the time you use 2nd skill, it’s either for minions objectives, or you just miss trying to hit an enemy hero. Zhuxin was already high in the meta list so I think this buff should definitely get more attention.
So now that his first skill has shorter cooldown and can eat minions without stacks, together with his new skills not having to rely solely on ult anymore, hanzo can now play more freely in other lanes

Believe me, these changes are necessary. It bothers me not being able to use the second ability because the opponent has more range than me.
