My Nana was from what is now Slovakia, she was born in 1900 and it was part of Poland. I am of Slovak, Polish and Ukraine descent on one side and Greek on the other, I love my Nana's old recipes and your Rosol is almost exactly like hers was. Thank You. ❤
Perfect timing, I am making broth today on New Years Day!!! I figured my house will smell good and it will be the first dish on the second day of the year.
