I will compile what I believe to be the greatest quotes of animated cartoon characters proceeded by a clip show set to a song I feel embodies the Character,this time being The Ventriloquist. I love how there are multiple interpretations of these two. In some versions, Scar Face isn't a puppet, but rather an entity inhabiting a puppet. In others he is simply a split personality of The Ventriloquist that is played out via a puppet. It changes and I honestly like that they never make it clear. It adds a mystery factor to them.
Is either one really confirmed though?

Fun fact: At one point Harley Quinn was going to commit suicide and the only person who noticed and went out of his way to get her to change her mind and cheer her up was the Ventriloquist

When I first saw the Ventriloquist on BTAS, having previously not heard of him I was like "wtf is this BS? This looks stupid". But after seeing the first episode and a few more with him in it I actually found him very interesting. I also felt sorry due to his severe personality disorder

He needs to be in a movie so badly, he’s prime material for a psychological Batman movie that delves into this poor guy’s warped psyche

I've always counted Scarface as his own separate entity, due to the duel personality disorder the ventriloquist has, so its two characters your seeing.

The Ventriloquist and Two-Face have basically the same disorder. They are both two different people. Two-Face always refers to himself as "we" when talking about himself.

The fun part was that they initially made it very unclear whether or not he was really alive or not. I think that it was eventually ruined..I mean..revealed that he did have soul, but that kind of takes some of the fun out of him in my opinion.
I don't think it's ever been revealed and it's most commonly assumed that Wesker is just mentally ill
From what I can tell, they hinted at the possibility, but never outright confirmed it.

Looking back the Batman did have a lot of problems Scarface was not one of them. Not exactly the cunning planner who could outwit Batman or cat woman. But I do love the absurd route they went with him.

okay basically a prisoner had carved scarface from the old gallows at the prison at one point the ventriloquist kills the man and steals the puppet and developes a sort of persona of a mob boss for him and later comes to believe he actually lives and controls him.

There times where they hint that it is and times where they hint that it isn't. Since ghosts, aliens and other things exist in the DC universe, it is a mystery and you can never be sure.
