She still had her hair styled, make-up done, & was placed in the same good lighting. All that being said, she looks spectacular as a red head! I'm kind of crushing on her now lol. When I was growing up as a natural redhead, I was teased about my red hair. I hated it to the point of feeling suicidal. I know it might seem stupid but it messed big time with my self esteem. Being told I had shitty red hair. Now it's considered beautiful and sexy. What a crazy world.

This is my exact natural red hair color and its soo so soo hard to find a color that's exactly like my natural color bc I want to join the military and we have to have our natural hair color so when your roots grow out, you barely notice or dont notice at all. This is so false. I hate when people say cool undertones need a cool red color. There is no such thing as a cool toned red hair color that is natural. All natural red hair has a warm tone. Guess what, the most common undertone to have with natural red hair is pink. In nature cool toned skin and warm red hair are the combination you get and it's beautiful! Stop telling women to get cool violet toned red hair. It always looks fake because, wait for it, there is no natural hair color that looks like that.

totally agree! my sister is a natural ginger, me a brunette. I have cool undertones and she is just pink lol (hers is more on the warm tone, with dark grey blue eyes, i'm paler than the moon with bright light blue eyes) we have the same hair colour currently and mine looks as natural as hers even with my dark brows. i had dark red for 2 years, afraid to go lighter because i'm always told to keep with cool undertones.... i actually look so much better ginger.
It's way easier to get warm tones anyway. I struggled for 15 years to achieve the cool light brown shade that I had as a kid. I never managed to keep it longer than a week. But I really do think that some people look better with cool toned hair. Skin tone makes a difference after all.
Kristina Cindrić some people do look better with cool toned hair, just not all cool toned skin types and not redheads. Red hair is not cool toned in nature. Ever.
I did understand you, no worries. There are many shades of red. I can wear red/violet and copper as well, the skin tone allows it and brown eyes also. On the other hand beige blonde looks very bad on me.

First, she looks amazing with red hair! Second, why does everything have to be a choice based on what Hollywood is doing. I've wanted to be red for years because I had a wig that was dark strawberry (and loved it!) and I've seen women with red hair who looked fabulous. Not all lives are ruled by Hollywood's choices.

honestly, consultation is key. Your stylist should be able to get the perfect shade for your tone - i am a light olive going red soon!
I was thinking same thing, she said everyone can wear red and only mentioned warm and cool but not olive, neutral. I'm tan olive tone but a neutral undertone. Maybe a nutmeg auburn? I have freckles so need to say away from medium brown because I would look muddy and uneven but with reddish brown it warms my skin. Cool will make me look green. I also noted I need my hair color to be a vibrant color to brighten my skin. I'm kinda like a Rihanna skin tone. I can also wear pinkish reds like fuchsia mixed with orangey tones mixed since I'm neutral.

you shouldnt wash ur hair everyday and in hot water cause that would strip the color, wash ur hair 2-3 times a week and use warm water, after finish washing ur hair, rinse it with cold water.. good luck
So I wanna dye my hair red, but i'm confused on what to do. My under tone is yellow, but right now my skin is very fair. My face is extremely fair but my body is medium (not tan, but not fair). There's definitely not a red for everyone red is warm even the cooler reds i look ill and sickly with reds I have tried them all mainly because I liked it on other people but I found i had a winter skin and now I avoid red and I glow and look my very best in cool browns
