Optimise your hospital design to increase patient (and cash) flow, arranging corridors, rooms and waiting areas to your exact specifications. Expand your hospital to multiple buildings as you look to get as many patients through the door as possible.Place decorative and functional items around your hospital to improve its prestige, lower patient boredom, increase happiness and keep those end of year awards flowing in.

I think it's funny the trainer for the ghost capture is called "geist" as that's the German word for "ghost" :D
And all I've ever seen people do at the fountain is stand in front of it and scratch their back, so that's not so bad ;)

Yeah the ward is one of the more basic rooms that they need. GP, ward, and pharmacy are all pretty much day one things.

I don't think I've ever seen a fire extinguisher being used in the game. Does it even happen?
It does happen ;) When the maintenance level gets low enough all the machines can catch on fire. When you get meteor showers the janitors use them as well :)

You are not very good at building in this game. Oh, you do fine in Sandbox, but Research and Development is the last step in most hospitals. You're supposed to set up your treatment rooms first! Even in REAL hospitals!
