One of the (many) things I really loved about the finale is how, despite hiding their relationship for years, they weren't really trying too hard after those 4 years anymore, with Pat bringing his dad a gift from his "friend" and them freely talking and laughing out loud in Pran's room while his parents are at home.
The parents knew at that point, and the boys knew that too. It was just a matter of time till they fully let it go and welcome the boys in each other's family. I'd honestly love to see a mini series based on exactly that, which would end in PatPran getting engaged 😌

I love the fact that most reactors (and me as a viewer) tried to empathize with these on two the first half. Like "they are longing for each other" "the looked so sad" and etc only to turn into frickin "these two bitches" after the reunion. These always made me laughed so hard. I have rewatched this ep for 3 times now and another 3 from the reaction videos but I can't still get over the fact that we are treating them as babies only to treat them into assholes in the middle 🤣

When we started watching Bad Buddy three months ago, who'd ever possibly expect that the last line in the show will be "Pran, it's the kitchen, it's not a porno!". P'Aof made a masterpiece that will stay with us forever.
To end the entire series with “Pran, it’s not a porno!” - just genius, a top-tier comedic relief 😂 “Bad Bussy” indeed 😜
The sweetest series ever! I will miss these beautiful characters that play off each other perfectly! I will miss their goofiness; the way they look at each other, and the sweet facial expressions depicting love, flirting, or just being silly. Nanon and Ohm did a great job!
Nanon was so on point when he said that the ending is so like p'Aof.and it's is. So chaotic, funny and a good way to end the show. We all had smiles in the end.

Parents always love their kids and they are just pretending that they didn't know about them, or just silently accepted their (not so) hidden relationship. At the end, parents want them to be healthy and happy.

@@Nana-fr9ur Of course I believe that there are many types of parents and family, but when LOVE is bigger than anything, most of the problems can be solved. Just give them time, as in the series, it took at least 4 years for both parents to accept their relationship and let them be who they are.
Like this is why Nanon said yesterday at the WeTv live that we should all remember that, at the end of the day... Bad Buddy is still a romcom drama, and we really should've listened well😭

I just love how P'Aof made this series in such a way that had us expect so many things to go exactly the way they would have if it was a typical drama, but then he always pulled one over on us and NEVER went there, and I just adore him to bits for this 😭
Looking at it in retrospect, it's just a beautifully simple, yet profound story about two boys, two friends, two soulmates that stuck together through thick and thin, always chose each other and didn't let the world change them.
"You never leave me. You always fight alongside me, and that makes me very happy."

I'll forever rewatch it whenever I need a bit of comfort ❤️

I have so much to say about this ending but not enough words. Bad Buddy was the first series I actively watched every single week it came out. And to me it's just perfect. The chemistry, the storylines. The healthy but jokingly funny way they communicate was amazing. This is truly one of my favourite BL's ever. P'Aof has outdone himself yet again!
Can I just say that one of the charms of this series is that it is realistic? Like in so many ways, there’s not an exageration of the story line. Everything felt so realistic. I don’t know how I’ll move on from the series 😭 But will still support Enchante!

The fact that they’d gaslight us on just about each episode preview and we still fell for the fact that they broke up is hilarious to me. But also because we’d been gaslit so many times something told me they would’ve been together behind everyone’s back anyway since that’s what they’d been doing the entire time. I’ve become attached to Pat and Pran and seeing Pat cry at their gates broke me and I’d been anxiously waiting for this episode although I’m sad the series is over. I’m just going to binge the series all over again
I still cannot believed we've been BAMBOOZLED by them BIG TIME like i feel like we're now one of the characters in the series like how PatPran fooled and manipulated their friends back in the earlier episodes, and now i understand that feeling😭
A farewell to Bad Buddy a phenomenal BL series. The superb directing of P’Aof breaking stereotypes, tropes, and taking us on a beautiful journey of a love between two young men. The chemistry was sizzling between Pat and Pran and their kisses were deep and meaningful. A bittersweet love that never faltered and grew stronger with each episode. P’Aof took an actor who never played BL before and made him a natural. There's not even one awkward scene between the leads all natural epitomizing a healthy relationship in often dark ones. The enemies to friends was handled in a healthy way avoiding bad tropes. Their performance is believable and meaningful. No “I don’t like men, I just like you.” A tribute to the LGBT 🏳️🌈 community and to us BL die hard fans we will miss you!!!This series raised the bar so high I hope we find another to perhaps try to compare to this beautiful masterpiece. Thank you Javi for your excellent and sensitive reactions thst are so often heartwarming! 🥰❤️❤️👏🏼👏🏼

Finale....beautiful ending...shocked like most everyone that waited to the end because I just didn't know if P'Aof would alter the novel a lot and not give us the happy ending we all crossed our fingers for or end it on a happily ever after note like he did.
I also have to say that the Director has been hit or miss with me on the dramas that he's directed...i.e A Tale of a Thousand Stars, 2gether: The Series, A Fish Upon The Sky, and Dark Blue Kiss. Yes, I know I named a lot of the one's he's famous for, but I guess it's because in those dramas there were places where I feel like he didn't pull out what was needed from the actors. I guess a person can only do so much, the rest is up to the actors. Bad Buddy, we just happened to get two AMAZING actors in Ohm x Nanon, whose real life friendship is REAL and not made up for the camera and promotions and money.
Anyways, I loved every ounce of this story, big ups to the Scriptwriters...who should be given a lot of credit and attention for the way they wrote this series....applaud and cheers to P'Best better known as the novelist "NINEPINTA" (he wrote Enchante, yup), P'Pratchaya, and P'Bee Eeb. While all of the scriotwriters have written other BL dramas together that we've watched, which I named a few earlier...it just seems this one was a labor of love...they poured more into it. I think the year that Covid ushered in gave them time to go back and make corrections and re-cast roles and make this a project that wasn't rushed.
Anyways, this is one for the BL history books...see you all in the next drama.

The way I screamed when pran showed up at Pat's doorstep. I had to spent so many sleepless nights to be fooled like this. I ain't gonna P'Aof ever 😭.
And about bad buddy, it is indeed a fact that bad buddy is the best drama out there in many aspects! My Fridays are never complete without BBS and now that it has ended I don't know what else to do.

This series was honestly done so perfectly. Every worry I had about it falling into unpleasant tropes was absolved immediately. I am so thankful for the director, the cast, the writers, and the crew for this series as it really was such a beautiful and comforting series. My expectations now for series are going to be so much higher given this quality. Also, I just want to say how much I appreciate your reactions, Javi! I live alone, and given the pandemic, it's been impossible to hang out with friends and watch series together. I watched the episodes myself and came across your reactions around episode 5ish? And watching the episodes again with you made the whole experience even more fun as your reactions truly feel like watching with a friend! 😊

@@seggsytime657 I think there will be no problem. In the chapter, we saw that the families have now accepted. When we watched, they never heard the word we broke up anyway. they could not live their love properly because of the drama, they messed around with the past a lot, they instilled this in their children after all this time. I would like to see the engagement and wedding of pat and pran, that the families know that there is no need to secretly eat together at the same table.

Bad Buddy has crawled into my heart in a way I never expected. While waiting for the release of other shows, I stumbled on this masterwork, and it exceeded all my expectations! This is now my all-time favourite show!
Yes!! I also loved how Pran decided to work in Singapore. It shows how healthy their relationship is and that he doesn't need to sacrifice his career for it! In most stories, this situation would lead to a break-up or fight.
I have seen a few crime BL edits of OhmNanon and I can not stop thinking about how good they would suit that genre. Maybe in the future who knows 🤣
What I like about this series is that their relationship is blooming to become more mature, that they allow themselves to grow on their own careers in life to manage and to have a comfortable life. Because that’s reality of life and in this series show’s PatPran does it , it’s like Mom’s of Pran put the guitar on the bed mean’s he allows Pran to be happy and accept he’s son love which is Pat. ☺️💭It feels like when you hear the song that Pran sing… the journey of their relationship always reminded you of them believing there love. 👏👏👏 I love the ending it was blast I never thought that this would be the ending so 🤫 naughty and wild but hey they’re couple here….anyway everybody doing it right I will miss this series so much 💖🌈 thank you PAof for bringing this series to our life and thank you Javi for doing a reaction video it’s really awesome watching you 😊🌈

P'Aof did it ha ha ha ha. He did fooled all of us but I'm so freaking happy right now. I hope he will consider having a special episode for us like he did with Together the series. Ohm and Nanon are incredible actors, very detailed with their acting that why they sucessfully makes Pat and Pran become alive in our world. Standing Ovation to both of them and all the crew members in this series that makes me fall head over heel with all the characters. Thanks to you too for a great reaction.

Though I wanted Korn and Wai together, I think it was another cheeky trope-breaking move from P'Aof, since it's so typical for dramas to have all friends getting into relationship with each other by the end 😂 He again only let us think he was going there, but then let it just be a bromance on purpose, which is kinda funny. But I'll forever think that maybe they at least hooked up during college and that's how they got rid of their ridiculous animosity and just became friends afterwards 🤣

What I liked about these two relationship is that it is so vague. Honestly speaking, from most of the BL's that I watched, Last ep's made me think that Pat and Pran's relationship will not have the closure that we expected and rather, it will be an open ending one in where it will leave us to wonder and create our ending for them (yes, I am talking about you Gaya Sa Pelikula!)
But despite my expectation, P'Oaf provide us with very solid closure for the two in where there will be no other thoughts other than the two of them our happy. To conclude my rambling, I think, P'Oaf provided that usual cliche open ended ending to Korn and Wai instead of Pat and Pran. It worked tho.

I cried yesterday and I cry today seeing your reaction. Like you say this serie is iconic and really refreshing to see characters behaving like a real couple is very difficult to see in BLs. It would be difficult to find another Pran and Pat. The healthiest and strongest relationship ever. I never forget them
I've loved watching your reactions to bad buddy! We should've all believed Nanon when he said the series was a romcom the other day, might've relieved some peoples' anxiety. Currently feeling like boo boo the fool.
It was SPECTACULAR!!!!! They had us GAGGED!!! the first 2 parts had me stressed out and I was ready to explode (when you had the realization at 26:25 it's like a week's worth of burden was lifted!!!!) I refused to believe they broke up and then when Pran came to the door and the entire part 3 had me all up in my feelings and on the verge of tears, I had to take a walk to get some fresh air as I knew they were too smart and too inlove in this modern day with phones plus social media and they live across the dorms from each other to break up!!! Where do I sign up for the season 2??? What a beautiful ride it was!!!! Javi it was a pleasure watching this with you each week and I look forward to more reactions in the future! I am also glad they did not fully resolve the parent issue as I think this is more realistic. The parents know they are dating but they just ignore it as what can they do about it!! Only a proposal is missing but Pat said at the bar that Pran being away would cause Korn to send his wedding invitations before them so we know they're planning that when he returns from Singapore. The bonus at the end was soooo good as well, I think Ohm broke his back when Nanon jumped on him on the counter hahahahahaha! I'll miss them dearly!

Glad to know They are still dating, Wai and Korn are friends who own a bar and InkPa are still going strong.
It was cute to see how they kept everything a secret and had a storyboard for the memories and going back to uncle Tod and Junior for graduation.
I'm glad the parents accepted their sexuality and relationship at the end, the ending was cute funny and spicy as usual the way PatPran are.

The parents haven't fully made up but at least they now support Pat and Pran enough to not intervene when they were upstairs laughing.
I'm glad we got to see the cute montage of how they met and everything leading up to college etc....

i was depressed the whole week. it is a great series. my favorite of all time. every episode had something great about it. it just got better and better! wonderful ending!!! did not disappoint. worth the 11 months waiting for it to finally air. will miss them!!! thank you for the great fridays!! more nanonohm pleaseee!!!
They're really made us like a sadboy and sadgirl for the entire week haha, but i love how P'Aof ended the series, but to be honest i want they're make one scene that PatPran tell the parents about their relationship and their family finally meet each other and accept them and crying with happy tears, it's gonna be good if they were made that scene tho, because it was the main issue and we're gonna see how they solve the problem and everyone accept it, but i get it tho, what P'Aof gave is last night it was pretty solid. Because the end already beautiful i don't wanted season 2 but i hope there's special episodes like Still2gether just for make us happy to see PatPran again, and maybe we're gonna see korn engagement tho, it's gonna be great

I really like their decision to stay low-key and pretend that they broke-up to fool everyone just not to trouble their families. Remember they are still students and dependent on their family. So they waited until they graduated and make a name for themselves. I actually think Pran's mom was worried about her son's future because of what happened to her. Remember when Pran said to his parents that his design was being built beside Marina bay and at that moment I thought her mom was proud and was sure that Pran's already established his own name so her worries are not that much intense compared to when they were still students. She knew Pran is now mature enough to make his own decision. That's why she started to loosen up and accept Pat in her own way. Now she just wanted her son to be happy. I also kind of understand why Pat's dad acts like that but deep down he already accepted PatPran's relationship, it's just he had hold on to his pride for that long and just really can't in an instant be okay with it. Gradually he will. For me, there are dads who act tough but they still care for their children in a subtle way and Pat's dad is one of them. In time, the parents might still hate each other (but not that intense as before) but not to Pat and Pran. The parents can probably act civil towards each other. So when the time comes that they let the parents know, Pat can freely visit Pran's house normally and not through the window. 😅
I’m so happy with the ending. My top spot for my favorite BL of all time is hanging by the thread because he knows, he’s being replaced.. hahaha

To be quite frank, I do not ship them in (mostly) any way - usually skip those fics, etc. because I just really, really adore and admire the idea of having two best friends that act really lovey dovey with each other without being together. I love how realistic it is when they showed the improvement in small gestures between the two parents and how they are slowly growing more acceptance towards their sons' relationship. CONTENT is the only word we get from this series .In a simple story of Life they showed you need to always find a way to get what you want and life will throw you all sorts of harsh and unwanted situations but how you deal with them makes you a better human .They have become Love themselves so everything about them became Love.

I’ve heard that there might be a season 2. Since I Stan Korn and Wai (not giving up on this!), I would love to see Jimmy and Drake reprise their roles in a second season. Ive already got possible storylines floating around in my head 😂. I’m going to miss this show so much and these characters. Truly it was worth the wait to see this show. Nanon wasn't lying when he said on a recap with soonvijarn that the finale is so P'Aof 5555, the clownery he put us through! 🤡😅 But seriously, the separation anxiety was too real as we watched this beautiful series come to an end, definitely one of the best shows ever and not just a BL, breaking stereotypes, a legend and a legacy. Reactions with you made my week, every week enjoyable. They did shoot 3 endings for the series. I am so glad Aof chose this 1. My face hurts from smiling so much. I still need another season. Just the fact that they didn't let it go helps me forgive them for episode 11 messing with us, but the only people that knew were Wai, Korn, Ink, and Pa. They inadvertently made us a part of the series. We weren't to know either. They literally pulled us in more. This is the second series I feel like this about now. This series is wonderful from the beginning to the end, as ohm and nanon act that the story looks super natural, a series to never forget hopefully they work together again because they are a beautiful couple. The end of this episode, this series actually, made me realize that Phat, Pran, their families, Ink, Pa, Korn, Wai, the rest of their friends, to me, were real people. Like, they've started to be part of my life. Like I'm there with them. It feels weird and good and sad all at the same time. So many times the fourth wall was broken, you know. I don't know if what I'm trying to say makes sense, but what I am saying is: I keep imagining what it'd be like to live with them, to be part of their story. They became such a huge part of my life these 12 weeks that it's difficult to say goodbye. It is awesome to see everyone involved in this series being so positive, happy, proud and accomplished. This is my favourite Thai show. Hands down. And now, let's see with we'll see more of Ohm and Nanon and all of this amazing cast reunited some day.
