100% quarterbacks fault. He failed to lead the receiver. During a game it's understandable if the qb is under pressure, but for drills and practice, there is no excuse for a bad throw like that!
The we would have to shift all there body weight around in short notice before the db catch’s up so even if he missed the catch or not that would still be a bad throw
Both, Definitely could have been a better ball he made the receiver come back to the ball instead of leading him into it BUT the receiver made the adjustment and all though it’s a tough catch he had both hands on the ball and was definitely catchable.
It was a terrible throw on the quarterbacks part, he couldn’t maneuver to the ball but Coach always said if you can touch the ball you can catch the ball
wr my coach said if it touches your hand you should catch it. It dont matter if its down low up high or to the side if it touches your hand you should catch it
The ball was behind him while also being slightly low, but it also hit his hands and may have been able to save it. It’s a tie between both but more on the QB’s fault
It’s bad on both sides, but as a receiver, you can’t expect us to be able to slide, shift our entire body, and catch it behind our bodies while the qb throws an absolute piss missle.
On a football team it is nobody’s fault. St the end of a game nobody says “the QB lost a game today” they say “the school lost the game” everybody can improve but if a play goes wrong it’s everybody’s fault
Played qb before, could throw the ball well, knows how to deal with coverage, that was all the qb, threw it way behind him when he already shattered the defenders existence
I think it is a little bit of the wr fault because he touched the ball, but mostly it’s the qb fault because he threw to low. It’s kinda a tricky situation for both of them
I’m a starting wr i know if it toucher your hands you should to be able to make the catch and thats true but its mainly the qbs fault because if the wr can get that much separation from the db then their should be no way on gods earth the ball should be even behind the wr, but if the wr broke down a little bit faster he should have still made the catch, easily.
“If it hits your hands it’s a catch” people who say that bs never play wr. Qb throws low and hard and when you drop it from pain, your blamed when qb need his game up.
Both. But the only mistake the wr made was not catching the terrible pass cuz he was positioned pretty well, any wr worth his salt could catch a ball making that much contact with ur hands
Qb if a lefty tell him to rotate more and shoulder to him and right tell him little less rotation and other than that great spiral and tell him to aim for the head and not to predict where he is going
As a WR your job is to catch the ball no questions I feel foot placement needs to be worked on bc he slipped and qb needs to be able to adjust to anything
the qb should’ve throw farther which is gonna make the catch way more accurate, but also, it was in his hands. But since I actually experience this in my own world, I’d say qb fault
Qb bcuz you gotta know to throw where they goin / where you want them if you throw it to where they at theyll always throw it behind wrs on route that needs lead passes

Definitely the QB because the receiver should keep running and then the QB should throw the ball-
Wr coach would say catch it. Qb coach would say put it on the money

Kinda quarterback, but kinda receiver, because that was definitely a catchable pass
By the time the receiver turned around the ball was already flying

Qb. Passes should lead into the receivers or slightly ahead for a run into the ball catch
QB saw the Mike dropping into the Tampa 2 and had to keep it outside. Not every pass can be a leading pass.
Man i I would be mad at myself especially as a Wr cause in a game that throw might kept you from getting killed
