  • Whilst on holiday in the Northern Territory recently, myself & my companion had the opportunity to get up close and within photo & video opportunity to lots of saltwater crocs. e.g. in Kakadu National Park. We saw many in various different locations, perhaps being most impressed by the sights at Cahill's crossing into Arnhem Land. The phrase 'crocodile infested water' took on its true meaning there as there were literally dozens of these great prehistoric relics swimming nonchalantly around on either side of the road ford there. We were enchanted to see this huge croc crawl across the road (cars dutifully stopped at this ad hoc 'Crocodile Crossing' with a helpful white egret no doubt the official crossing superviser escorting him safely to the other side!) Hope you enjoy !
