Mine used to, but I think my eyelids must have changed because now they work as a base without creasing…although I do tend to use a thin layer and spread it out. Previously they would crease on me so I don’t know if my technique changed or my eyes 😅

Thank you so much dear 💖❤️💖💐 I have a brush with very hard bristles, I use that one, I just pick it up with tht brush and apply to my hair… lol I go back n forth until I am satisfied and then I comb my hair to disperse the product
