The wait is over! McFly and Busted have joined forces to form super-group McBusted. However the excitement doesn't end there, the boys have also announced that they are going on a UK arena tour in 2014. Busted's former frontman Charlie Simpson will not be joining the new super-group for the shows in April and May next year, but Harry, Danny, Doug, Tom, Matt and James will return as one with a collection of both bands' grea hits. McBusted will debut as a super-group on BBC's Children in Need this Friday. Report by Andrea Lilly.

'Just a tour' 'album out in February' ......... A year and a half later, 2 tours, 1 album but not the one we were waiting 4/5 years for! Don't get me wrong I love mcbusted because they're all having fun and I love Matt and James to bits as well as the mcfly boys but I just get disappointed now 😔

Lets face it James and Matt need to do a lot of work on their vocals if this McBusted thing is going to work, They're simply flat all the way through... I'm a fan of Busted but they are a little rusty!

matt can sing, he went to theatre school and has done musical theatre.
