Presently, the legal framework of these groups is far more robust and their ideology is more entrenched: more are fine w race mixing, immigration, and gay marriage. I think hes also vulnerable in having Shady Records and other ventures, as those employees/associates would likely get negatively impacted if he gets targeted. Stress of getting sued plus his (christian) guilt I doubt he wouldn't just cave.
