I hope you enjoy the production of "Quick Release Vise" that you will watch in this video. It was really nice and useful. You can quickly open or close the vise by pressing the button. I used beech wood as the tightening parts, plywood in the quick-opening system part and MDF in the base. Thanks to the 5mm thick aluminum blades that I integrated into the clamping parts, harder material can be held and also used as a base in drilling operations.

murat, you're good. you don't have a fancy shop, but your workmanship and craftmanship is every bit as good as those guys who do, perhaps even better. i admire that you've made every jig you use for your work; your quick release is very cool. i am in awe of your abilities, and what you do with what you have. it's really an honor to watch you work. i enjoy it very much. best wishes

Olá. Entendo que você baixou o documento de medição. Pelo que eu sei, indiquei todas as dimensões no documento. Talvez tenha faltado alguma peça... Achei que os canais laterais eram para conexão com a furadeira. Essas medidas têm 10 mm de largura, mas você pode fazê-las em tamanhos diferentes. Se eu entendi mal e respondi, por favor escreva novamente.

Hallo. Zunächst einmal vielen Dank. Und ich entschuldige mich dafür, dass ich mich zu spät bei Ihnen melde. Wie bei allen meinen Videos gibt es auch bei diesem Video in der Beschreibung PDF-Pläne. Ich weiß nicht, ob Sie die Pläne heruntergeladen haben ... der Teil mit der schnellen Einrichtung mag etwas kompliziert erscheinen, ist aber eigentlich einfach. Wichtig ist, dass die mechanischen Teile richtig zusammenpassen. Wie Sie im Video sehen können, habe ich eine Mutter in zwei Teile geteilt und das Gewinde eines der Teile zerstört. Auf diese Weise kann der Schraubenschaft gleiten, da in diesem Teil keine Zähne vorhanden sind. Wenn das andere Teil durch Federn in Richtung Schaft gedrückt wird, bleibt es im Schraubengewinde stecken und kann sich nur durch Drehen nach vorne bewegen. Der Knopf an der Oberseite drückt das Teil im Inneren des Mechanismus, nämlich die Gewindemutter, und der Schraubenschaft kann durch Drücken und Ziehen schnell bewegt werden. Ich hoffe, ich konnte es erklären.
