I have some questions 1- The entities/pets, only appear when you have a specific object? 2- Do you have to have an object for them to appear, or do they appear without the need for an object? 3- Do you have to check all the secret rooms or some specific ones? As it were, follow a series of steps so that you can have that entity/pet. That's it, and thanks for the tutorials :)

Answer For Q1:
Entities can be very random. Sometimes one tool, item, or object can attract more than one entity in a secret room. After the first entity leaves of course.
Answer For Q2:
From my personal experience, having a tool, item, or object while exploring the secret rooms has increased my chances of attracting entities. But there is no harm of giving it a try without bringing an object.
Answer For Q3:
It just depends on your luck of finding them. Sometimes you may encounter an entity in the first secret room you enter without searching the other secret rooms for an entity to appear. Sometimes it doesn't matter what series of steps or order you take because the entities can appear randomly in certain secret rooms. You're basically farming until you find an entity.

If you find a secret room like the screwdriver one and theres no pet am i right that if u die anf respawn a pet still wont spawn u have to switch into another lobby

No the pets are random. You can go in the room every time you pass by and the pet may appear one of those times
