@@Efebur nah there are plenty like one he described. Usually they’re close enough to self explanatory but there’s some interesting symbols like the one signifying “divided highway ahead” and most people don’t really know what to do with that info.
And the one NL described is real (or close enough) and I actually had it on my driving test. Lucky for me the multiple choice answers were so dumb that it was easy with process of elimination. I’ll never forget that specific sign (which means “slippery when wet”) having the answer option “C. Drunk Driver Ahead” 🤣

In BC the "written test" is on a electronic kiosk which counts your incorrect questions up to 10. Failed my BC learners test on the question regarding how to drive on a gravel road with a motorcycle behind you.
Finally understand why North America has so many traffic deaths despite having roads where we would make triple the lanes on in Europe.

I always wondered why everyone that drove was so stupid. Then I took my drivers test. The written portion was 20 questions and you could get 4 wrong. First question
“What should you do when you see a construction worker in the road?”
A. Speed Up
B. Slow Down
C. Turn Radio Up
D. Turn Radio Down
Then for the driving portion I did one lap around the block. Passed with perfect scores I was 14 and never studied a drivers ed book in my life. No wonder everyone around me drives like they have a dent in their head. That shit is ridiculously easy!
In my country (Macedonia) the instructors are corrupt and fail people several times for profit, and when they let you pass they ultimatum you for donations like food, coffee, cigarettes, etc 😂😂😂

It really depends on the state you take it in. Every state has different standards for getting a license
