That thumbnail alone makes me hungry ;) In my country we don't add the vegetables, we add loads of onions and garlic AND a nice Scotchie and then we eat the corned beef with rice... mannnnn...!! I will make that for my channel one of these days ;)

I like my cabbage soft. Would have used all of it and all of the corned beef and served it with jasmine rice. That portion is too small for so much work.
