Have set under many churches and seen many various and sundry services. There have been a number of times I have questioned the way scripture was preached and humblely approached those troubling preachers and most time they were open to my concerns. But I have found these problems throuout the christian world including baptists.There have been a number of preachers who have not been a good representation of the gospel. But as a 74 yr. Old my main concern is the deception and just wrong doctrin that has been presented and from my perspective it has hindered the growth spiritually of Christs beloved saints who because of the wrong preaching has caused more division and trouble . It makes me wonder how far the church could have grown and matured had it not had to have been hindered by the sinfulness of men. If not for the love of Christ I would have been bankrupt spiritually.
This is very truth, examine your self to see if you’re in the FAITH, and test the SPIRITS to see if they are of GOD. Of you're saved, you have the holy spirit in you. So every believer can discern, and every believer can test the spirits, which is much easier for us now, because we have the word of God to study and understand
What if you are elderly, disabled, live alone, and eyesight problems, there are those of us you have not even considered , I thank God for the baptism of the Holy Spirit because of His.prescence I became aware of much I was blind to before, and I would treasure more of Him if He choose to do so @@psysolipsist

I am however very concerned about how he teaches on a Muslim Antichrist when the SCRIPTURES plainly point directly to Donald J Trump. This is one of the most important issues of our day. His failure to know this is mind-blowing considering his knowledge of the Bible. His stanc on the topic of Israel is also a huge letdown. I'm praying for him and his followers for the ELECT among them ❤

John was somebody who was baptizing the Holy Spirit and spoke with tongues. Paul the same way. Peter after Being baptized in the Holy Spirit and speaking in tongues, gave the sermon using the Old Testament scriptures which is one way we can determine whether someone is of God or not. But it's not the only one. Something you refuse to recognize Peter said in these last days , God is pouring out his spirit upon all flesh that young men and women will see dreams and have visions and they were prophesied even the slaves and handmaidens would be able to do so. So it wasn't for a select group of people. it was for everyone in these last days. Not just for the apostles as you try to say were the only ones who had these gifts and now that they have passed away the gifts have gone and passed away with them. You sir do not preach from the spirit of God. You preach for your knowledge of the Bible. If you think that healing and raising the dead are prophesying and tongues are the point of the bible, if you think those things are where the focus of teaching should be, if you think those things are the best part of Christianity so much so that it comprises the majority of teachings and sermons, then you have missed the point. And you have missed the blessing of the unsearchable riches of Christ and all spiritual blessings in heavenly places. Yes, God poured out his spirit upon all flesh and brought many signs and wonders that encouraged the preservation of this wonderful word for 2,000 years among the gentiles and believing jews. But in God's word he left us something far greater than healing and prophecy and languages and raised dead. He left us the power of God unto salvation, Jesus Christ and him crucified. Our flesh is crucified with Christ, not empowered by gifts. The only Gift we need is salvation and the holy spirit living inside of us.
