ââToppings:**
- 1 shallot, sliced
- 3 mushrooms, sliced
- 2 hot dogs (spicy or non-spicy), sliced (optional; vegetarians can skip)
- Fresh basil leaves
- Fresh thyme leaves
- 150 g Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, for sauteing ingredients

What can be the replacement for egg?
