Sh*t, #3 and #13 captions are reversed :( Just discovered now, sry
Full story for 1st clip:
"The tow truck arrived at the right time. 18 seconds after she stepped out of her car, a dazed old man who was probably hypoglycemic (low on blood sugar) hit her car about 40mph or more. The front of his car was damaged and you can see smoke coming from his car.
Her car was in the process of getting towed. The rear end impact sandwiched her car between the back car and the tow truck causing front and rear end damage along with damaged to the frame and suspension. Possible total loss. It is a 20 year old car and would probably cause more to fix the value of the car.
Had the tow truck driver come at 18 seconds later, she would have sustained serious injuries, possibly hitting the windshield and steering wheel. She had taken her seat beats a minute before once she saw the tow truck in front of her.
Super close encounter. She dodged a bullet there. Could have had serious injuries to her neck, and back. Might of ended up in the hospital.
Her guardian angel was looking out for her that day.
The other driver refused to admit fault stating that he never saw her car even though it was 10 AM. "

“The other driver refused to admit fault stating that he never saw her car even though it was 10 AM “ unbelievable 😂!!!

#10 got karma'd... illegally went over a divider into the the express lane (even though a person did it front of them, and probably only person in the car), then did another illegal lane change. and got reared. I hope insurance see this so you get slapped for 100% at fault.
14. Even if the truck was "doing 60" coming out of a school zone, it's on you to see he's coming too fast and not turn out in front of him. He passed you on the double yellow as to not rear end you. Not saying what he did was right, but you put everyone at risk there.
Appears both drivers were dipsticks there. One feels the need to be self-deputized and enforce speed limits by ignoring other traffic laws (yielding to oncoming traffic), and the other one is one of those aggressive, big pickup-driving, probably overcompensating for something, types.
The cammer knowingly pulled out in front of a truck and went 20 mph under the speed limit, I could run faster than he was driving.
And if that truck was going 60 coming out of a school zone, it’s weird they slowed down to 40 or less by the time he got on camera 😅
After seeing 7.2, I have a feeling he definitely did something in 7.1 prior to recording that made the guy road rage, and that it wasn't "for no reason".

For Driver #14: You do not know how fast the truck went because you do not have a radar/speed measuring device. You are not law enforcement. Your typed comment indicates you pulled out to slow him down because you perceived he was speeding in a school zone; you don't have the right to break a traffic law (your state's version of "Fail to Yield Right of Way" at an intersection. You only have the right to make your turn if it is clear to do so in a safe manner. Had you just waited until it was clear to turn, everything else would have been avoided. People need to stop trying to be traffic police. Also, a technicality, he wasn't brake-checking you (that sudden breaking hard then speeding away); he was trying to make you miss the light by stopping on the green and waiting, but he failed.
I wonder what triggered that truck driver to slow down and take time to block you, since he was in such a hurry he was speeding in a school zone according to you. Too bad there is no sound, maybe you deleted it, maybe you have a shitty dashcam, but I suspect that after intentionnaly cutting him off, you jumped on your horn for the duration of the clip, cop wannabe?

6:29: Don't cut people off unless you intend to get up to speed.
Why would this channel even share a video like 7.2?
I like your videos, not too long and not too short. Regards from England.
"Drive by baptism? Driver is an a-hole for doing that.

@@scuffedclips1 are you just copying and pasting your comment to anybody who mentions 7.2?

2:28 driver states that “guy started road raging for no reason”. Probably cut the guy off from that slick & quick lane change.
#14: Just because he was speeding doesn't make your turn in front of him justified. You don't turn onto another street based on what speed other traffic "should" be doing, but what they ARE doing.
Thank you, came here to make the same comment!
I would agree normally, but we do drive and make decisions about turns based on the expected general speed of traffic. It's always a good idea to get a sense of the speed of traffic, but if you're turning right, you look and see someone at a distance where it's safe to turn, but don't realize they are going nearly twice the speed limit, it's easy to mistake the space you have to turn. I think this is a critical part of driving. Now should a person turn after a quick glance without measuring up the speed of the driver? Perhaps, perhaps not. Hubby and I drove to work the same way for 12 years. Almost got plastered by someone who didn't seem to understand that the speed went from 55, to 35 to 25 heading into our rural town..... they were travelling closer to 70, in a 25, and school just got out. (we're teachers).... they almost splatted themselves on our car, and two seconds later, did splat themselves against the broad side of a school bus. Bus driver pulled out and they went splat. DOA splat. Luckily they were on a motorcycle, so none of the kids was seriously hurt. Bit traumatic for the kids on the bus that the driver was related to though.
TOTALLY makes them justified! No one can determine someone IS going 20+ miles over the speed limit. When you drive in an area frequently, you get to know how far a vehicle should be to be able to turn out safely, IF they are abiding by the law. By your “logic” the truck could have been over a mile away, but if they’re going 120mph then cammer should “KNOW” this & stay put. By the same “logic,” cammer should assume ALL drivers are going 120mph & just wait until 2am, when they see no headlamps, to make their turn. Seriously, this isn’t the same “last chance doctrine” as having right-of-way, opposite traffic turns in front of you, & instead of just hitting your brakes choosing to slam into them BECAUSE you “had right-of-way.” Ridiculous, ludicrous, preposterous.
@@adamdrouant5330It is always distance AND speed. One has to account for both. Pretty basic stuff.
In a residential area people really shouldn't be speeding especially around school zones. We can't see to the cammer's left, if there's a bend there or or whatever he sees, but he pulls out reeeeeeeally slow. The limit there is 35 and he gets up to like 20, maybe? Makes me think that truck wasn't even speeding at all.
