He seems to be a convenient scapegoat for someone to exploit and attribute the blame to the president. The ongoing protests no longer seem solely motivated by the finance bill. If that were the case, dialogue should have been pursued after the president's agreement not to sign the bill as demanded by Kenyans. It feels like seizing power through clandestine means.
