And because the primary election system works as it does, combined with gerrymandering making the real elections not very competitive, it is the stereotypes that get elected, sadly. Election reform is needed, Alaska's reform is a step in the right direction.

This is quite possibly the most brilliant thing I’ve ever seen.
I was so excited to see Uncle Scrooge, my favorite Disney character, I almost missed the joke. I last visited Disneyland around 1996 and the only Uncle Scrooge I could find anywhere in the park was on a golf ball as part of a set which had multiple other golf balls with other character faces on them. It was very disappointing. Having that feature at Democratic Disney might make the park more attractive than the real thing for me.

@@MaverickChristian right, but if you look at politics on a national level, not a US level, the US democrats are farther right than most of the other countries. So essentially if you’re a centrist in between a democrat and republican in the us (or a moderate republican or moderate dem) you’re about on par with like the Conservative Party in England. There really is no left outside of progressives/socialists like myself. Hope that helped!
