For the judge to not allow the witness to explain the crime is horrible!

His testimony makes it clear that Trump was using Cohen and others to cheat on the election. I think it would be hard for the jury not to find him guilty and, it seems clear, that Trump respected election law, Hilary Clinton would be finishing up her second term right now.
If you murder someone because they stole from you then you are still guilty of murder. There's no "well I was also the victim of a crime" defense.

The problem with that position is that if misses the fact that Cohen is admitting to lies that make him look bad. Also, he has a financial interest for T**** to lose this case because then he can talk about it on his little podcast and make more money. He's credible but that doesn't even matter because one of the jurors said he watches Fox News and that means that no matter what, the trial will end with a hung jury. Ask yourself this - if you were on the jury, would you vote to convict under any circumstance? I wager that hardly anybody watching this video would.
