    Early closure of AV associated with what?

      With reduced left ventricular function - less flow, reduced flow = reduced opening and premature closure ☺️

    Sorry, but the MR is definitely VERY severe (not moderate for sure) - at least 4+

      I leave that up for discussion. I may add that the classification in 4+ is not current standard. Why would you grade it (very) severe if I may ask?
