Jackson, David Bowie, Elton John, George Michael, Mick Jagger, Sting, Stevie Wonder and others speak very highly of RFAK and his uncle Nusrat Fati Ali Khan in terms of their singing technic. To answer your question at 10:37 He's actually performing the scales in classical Hindustani music (Sargam) : "Sah Re Ga Ma Pha Da Ni" it sounds like scatting because of how insanely quickly he's performing it without taking a breath, sheer talent at its finest

    • @assylyacine1778
      @assylyacine1778 Před 2 lety +2

      Exactly. You took the words out of my mouth (or fingers...). This scat is also known in this genre of music as the "sargam"

      @@Peace_fully1 India & Pakistan were once the same country, with the same civilization. Hindustan refers to the entire subcontinent. This same style of singing is also common in India. No one here is trying to "claim anything". Not everything is political bud

    • @savagepaki6316
      @savagepaki6316 Před 2 lety +6

      @@itsnadaaaa Hey bud!
      Hindustan is specifically India. If you're referring to a Subcontinent call it that!
      You coulda said Indian Subcontinent not Hindustan and I'm sure you're educated enough to know the difference. Also, you don't go around giving examples from what a country was called 70 years ago. You refer it to as what's it's known as and is now. Knowing our differences, phrase things accordingly to avoid what happened to this thread. Peace🤘🏽

    • @mrexpress8002
      @mrexpress8002 Před 2 lety +3

      @@itsnadaaaa Don't want to be rude bud but alot of indians are insanely nationalistic and they come on youtube making either pro indian or anti Pakistani comments. The indian media is heavily bias and jingoistic. India is currently being led by a right wing hindutwa ideology and there is a lot of propaganda emanating from indian news outlets. For example WION News, etc This song has nothing to do with india or hinduism. The lyrics are in Urdu, the song is from Pakistan and sung by Pakistani artists and is influenced by our faith in Islam. So excuse us if we come across as a bit defensive. We are and proud of our nation. In your original comment you should have credited Pakistan but you didn't and although your intention might not have been anti Pakistani it certainly was deceiving especially for the international audience who come on this platform.
